About out to German. Yes that's his name. He came over and when we explained the problem and he asked a lot of questions to help us find the problem and he got our run out pipes cleaned out. Back in July, we had Preston from Pratt come out and he cleaned the system BUT the problem came back. Backed up to washer and toilet and shower.
Turns out we have some roots in our old lines. So he showed us recommendations to take care of the problem AND to keep our pipes clean going forward.
He was as professional as it gets and tried to save us $$$ which he did. We expected to pay about $600 but only wound up spending $300. Money saved and was able to find the problem and helped us come up with a fix.

Small shout out to Preston too. In July he was incredibly helpful and professional as well. We didnt think about roots at the time or the clog being after the washer...all the lines tie to line and the washer is the last major water dump off before the run out.
German thought maybe our issue was in the run out and he was right. So hopefully were good going forward. He ran the electrical snake and when he retracted it back, we saw tree roots.

Pratt had my appt within 30 minutes of calling and Preston was Awesome, extremely knowledgeable and friendly made the whole process simple and affordable. Will be using Pratt with any future repairs or upgrades. Would give 10 stars if available!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So my home is a bit older. That being said things should work well. Sometimes they do not. Pratt plumbing has been great in helping me keep up the house. Recently, they came out to install a new toilet and also to help with some plumbing.
I have to say they were great. They do not have lots of people but the people they have are great. I had lots of interaction with Preston. Again, they were great. They were back and forth for 3 days including one long day that started at around noon and finished around 7 pm. The ordeal thankfully finished and we did not have to dig up any walls or any type of other misadventure. My thanks to them for a job well done (and no construction needed!).

Pratt Plumbing did an excellent job installing gas lines to two furnaces in my business. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional.

Michael and German handled the installation, and their workmanship was top-notch. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was done correctly and safely. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Preston also deserves recognition for his great work clearing a completely stopped-up floor drain. He was thorough, efficient, and got everything flowing properly again with no issues.

I also want to give a shout-out to Andrea in the office—she was friendly, responsive, and great to work with when scheduling and coordinating everything.

We had them come for a problem that was silly and figured would be a simple enough fix but we ran into several issues and decided we'd just leave it to professionals and spend the money to save our sanity. They spent over an hour in our bathroom making the problems worse. Then told us it would be a 2200 dollar fix. It isn't that they couldn't do it that's upsetting, it is that they should have just said they couldn't and left.. not make the problem worse and quote and outrageous price tag and charge us 200 for making it worse. We ended up having the issues resolved by others for less than jasper charged for hanging out in my bathroom and making things worse.

Mitch, Colby, and the entire team are so phenomenal. No one I trust more in the plumbing field than Jasper’s! Great and prompt service. Use them for multiple businesses and could not recommend them more!

New to the Bushland area, I’d never experienced a Texas winter before (and had never experienced a water issue due to the cold). I called Jasper Plumbing and was very warmly greeted on the phone and had help in 30 minutes. The two young men who came out and helped with my situation were very kind and understanding.
