My water heater went out last week and I was scrambling to figure out what I needed to do. I saw that Route 66 Plumbing was located near me and gave them a call. They showed up the next day and not only installed the new water heater, but also took out and got rid of the old one! Their work was quick, efficient, and very high quality! Their attitudes were also super positive and helpful. The plumbing tech went over costs and potential financing for the unit and labor, and made sure I knew what I was paying for. If I ever have any plumbing issues/needs Route 66 Plumbing will be my first choice!

Route 66 Plumbing did an incredible job locating and repairing a cracked gas pipe leading into our home. It was a COLD holiday weekend, but their team was very efficient and communicated exactly what the procedure would be. Rylan and Jacob were helpful and able to get everything repaired.

I was needing some quick service on a water leak everyone else I called were booked up. I call Route 66 this morning ask if there was anyone I could get someone out to find a water leak. They said what time and where at I told them they was there on time found the water leak and I just paid 69 dollars for them to find the water leak. Route 66 if very affordable and trustworthy if you need someone quick and affordable call Route 66 . I give them a BIG five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On a Saturday night, these guys showed up quick, did an fabulous job & had amazing customer service. One technician spoke to another one and they figured out an easier fix.

Rylan serviced an emergency plumbing issue that I had in an upstairs bathroom with flooding into my garage. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Rylan was great! Our hot water heater went out today, on Super Bowl Sunday. We called and he was here in less than an hour. He discussed our options and we decided to go with a new water heater installation since ours was 12 years old. He stayed until 9:30pm to ensure we were back up and running! We had our water heater replaced by John and Damon of Pratt Plumbing. John came to our home first to assess the situation and provide his professional advice as to the types of heaters available and which ones would work best in our home environment. John was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He provided a budget range to suit our needs. On the day of installation, Damon prepped the area and was very mindful of protecting our floors and carpet. Our house is a small 1920's Victorian cottage, which comes with the typical challenges of a "This Old House" project. Damon was mindful of all our concerns. They each worked quickly and professionally. Happily, they came within budget, which is a relief to anyone who cringes at the thought of an unexpected plumbing project. In short, Pratt Plumbing did a fantastic job and we highly recommend them.

John at Pratt Plumbing is the most professional plumber I have ever met! He is courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He took a problem that three other plumbers had tried to fix and diagnosed it with ease. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I had a leak under my shower in the concrete slab...not an easy thing to get to. I had jackhammered the concrete out to expose the copper pipes and find the leak to try and fix it myself. After doing all of that, I felt I really didn’t have the tools or the knowledge to be able to repair properly, so I went online looking for help.

Pratt’s seemed like a smaller but highly rated company with some good references. Just the type of company I like to do business with. And, the online information indicated they provide Free estimates...exactly what I needed.

It was already later in the afternoon, but upon calling them, I was told they would try to send someone over to take a look at it that day, since I had already done all the work to expose the leak.

Michael Webb was exceptional! He looked it over and gave me three different options with price estimates and possible outcome considerations. I made my choice and he showed up early the next morning and went to work. Michael was great to work with. He kept me informed and showed me the progress along the way. He had to do a little more excavation to get his power press tool in place, but it all turned out good. He got the job done for me and I was very pleased with the entire process. He even offered me the option for him to do the backfill and concrete repair work if I didn’t want to do it.

I will definitely be using and referring Pratt’s Plumbing to anyone I know needing plumbing work. They are responsive, professional, dependable and from my experience absolutely capable.
