If I could leave less than one star, it would still be too much. My mother has cancer and has been without a draining sewer for 6 days. After 2 days without being able to run water or use the restrooms, we found this company that could have someone that afternoon. He showed up with a 25’ snake that was not even close to long enough. After driving 30 miles back to their shop and then back to the house with a 50’ snake, they still couldn’t find the problem and then he left saying someone would call the next day to reschedule. After my mother finally got tired of waiting the next day, she called them and the girl that answered was so rude and could have cared less about anything except herself, they finally got someone to the house with a 75’ snake. He was able to get some stuff out of the sewer but still unable to get flushing toilets or a draining shower but had to leave suddenly saying he was being dispatched on an emergency call. Due to chemo treatments the next day appointment had to be rescheduled. On the 5th day of no draining sewer, my mother called to say chemo finished early and could they send someone and was told yes. That is where things went wrong. Being too hot headed and not caring about customers, the owner wanted to talk about documentation he had of me postponing the third appointment and that they never told her they could go ahead and send someone out today instead of tomorrow. When I explained that my mother has cancer and is on day 6 without a bathroom and has to go to the convenience store and that it would be nice for her situation to be considered an emergency, he told me to find a different company because they would not be going back to fix her problem.

Highly unacceptable customer service from everyone except the answering service. When the service tells me that I may have to call back to get someone to speak to me if I haven’t received a call within 30 minutes of my first call, you know they are caught in the middle of someone that doesn’t care and a customer in need.

we purchased a rental property in claude and had a water heater problem. Plumbers came out the next day and looked at it and ordered parts. It was going to take several weeks for the parts to get in but they went to the warehouse and picked them up and installed them and it’s all good thank you again

I noticed water on my hardwood floor as I walked into my bedroom. Of course it was later Saturday night, around 5. I called Mays and they got right on it. I had a hairline leak under my shower. They had technology that found the leak quickly. Got it fixed, cleaned up and was done! Thanks again Mays plumbing!!!
