The guys from Joe the Plumber, Jorge, Rudy, and Rocky were really awesome. I had water backing up in my bathtub every time I did dishes in the kitchen sink or ran the washing machine, plus the drain hose from the washing machine would overflow onto the floor. The stuff left in my bathtub was so smelly. These guys had a challenge, but got the pipes and drains working properly in a timely manner. They were very professional, punctual, and kept me informed. I thought the cost was reasonable for all the work they did. It's great to be able to use my kitchen sink and washing machine without worry now. I highly recommend them.

Swayze and Caleb came out and replaced both my outdoor faucets. The faucets were old and corroded but they managed to get them replaced without issue. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber

I had to have my outdoor sewer line replaced from the house to the alley, and I got three estimates to do the job. Joe The Plumber was the lowest of the three. When they came out to bid the job, I was told they could do it just past where the problem was in the sewer, which would be cheaper. Since it was an older pipe, I decided to go ahead and go all the way to the alley. I was not pressured by them at all, and I feel they were very honest. I appreciated not being pressured.

I had the new sewer line replaced, and they did everything they said they would, like put my fence back up each day after they left, and after the job was done, they took the time to come back and secure the fence really well. The hole that was dug was filled in perfectly, and my yard is level where they worked.

I plan to use them again in the future if, unfortunately, something in my plumbing goes wrong.

Joe the plumber did an excellent job. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. It was good to have plumbers that you can trust to do the job right. I just wanted to thank Them for all their help. The plumber’s that did the work were named Damon/Austin, thx guys.

Great job done. However, found it hard to pay 400 bucks to fix a leak from an RO system that you guys installed to begin with. But love the people that work there.

I love these guys! I've had some not so good experiences before with a few different plumbing companies. The 3 different jobs I've called Joe's on have won my confidence & approval. Every one is very competent, explain everything that they find & all work they do. They actually must like their jobs because they are just so nice.

Very knowledgeable and respected my house by keeping their feet clean. They immediately knew what the issue was and resolved it without causing anymore problems. They were very affordable and did not try to overprice the work that was needed. They will be my go to plumbers until I leave Amarillo.

All the guys at Joe the plumber are the best. Very professional and kind. Answering all my questions. Rocky worked on a Sunday to fix my water heater during the Christmas holiday season. Dustin, Keevan and all the guys are the best. I use them for all my plumbing needs. Heather the office manager always makes sure to get me taken care of and is the sweetest lady I have encountered at a business.

ROCKY, is the absolute best person! Interactions with him are always so great. He doesn’t make working with a company or repair service dreadful. And it’s always a pleasant experience. 😊 will always request him for all my home plumbing/heating/water heater repairs. 1000% recommend him. Every time. And HEATHER, is an absolutely amazing person, fantastic landlord/property manager who understands life happens and will always have your back and work with you no matter what. Never worked with a better property management or plumbing company. Love them all! They are the best!

A couple of years ago I had these folks replace half my sewer line. Just this week, it was time for the other half. Despite the fact that they had to crawl underneath my house, dig out my sewer by hand, jackhammer a huge hunk of concrete, and do a ton of digging, every one of them (I think we met them all, it was a huge effort) were very pleasant and professional. They clearly cared about getting my drains working again as soon as they could, but still took pride in their work and took care to do it well. I had a good look at the pipes while they were exposed and all the PVC was fitted perfectly with no weird angles or imperfections. It's so nice to be able to take a nice long shower again and I can't be more thankful for their hard work. It was a mess under there but they took care to be as clean as possible. Hands down the most professional, courteous, and respectful plumbers I've ever called. After two great experiences with this company there's no chance I'll call anyone else to work on my pipes. Thank you so much.

My experience was good ,the only reason they couldn't get to me sooner was because they were so booked up but as soon as possible two men showed up looked things over carefully and went to work getting my water supply working again. Unluckily for me but to be expected in a house with close to 75 year old plumbing my sewer line was clogged with tree roots and would be best to replace so it got rep[aced ,,they showed up about 11 and by close to 2 a new sewer line was installed and working quick and I felt was as reasonably priced as any plumber could be and they will work with you on payments if needed

We used Joe the Plumber at our business. They put a new wax ring on our toilet that was leaking, unclogged the pipes and installed new clean outs outside. It took a couple of days but we had some really bad issues. There were a few communication issues on scheduling but they took care of that with some discounts. The guys that came out to work were great at communicating the issues we were having and explained what they were doing to get it fixed. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs!

They showed up went to work and finished right on time. Both of them were friendly ,helpful and took extra care to not let my dog get out. I'm scheduling these same two to come back next month for a different. It's been a while since I paid a plumber and not felt ripped off. Their service call was a pleasant surprise.

I highly recommend Joe The Plumber. Called on a Friday and the receptionist/dispatcher was very friendly and clearly explained time frame and rates. Bernardo came out on Saturday, which was clearly explained to me that they were booked out on Friday. No big deal at all. Bernardo called beforehand to let us know he was headed our way, which I greatly appreciated. Wife was home and Bernardo was very considerate and explained a remedy to the issue we were having. He cleaned out our plumbing, then stayed to ensure all the plumbing drained adequately. I had forgot to mention a rubber reducer was leaking and Bernardo was so thorough he caught it and replaced it. Top quality service ! Joe The Plumber will be my plumber of choice and my referral to others seeking a plumber!

I used Joe the plumber for a house inspection, by recommendation of a friend. Communicates effectively and always easy to reach. Answered all my questions and arrived promptly. Gave me the report in a timely manner and didn’t even charge me until after closing on my new home. Highly recommend this company and use them again if needed.

Professional and courteous, the whole team that I dealt with were wonderful! The guys that came out to my house had everything they needed and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They checked on everything after they were done to make sure any other issues that might have come up were taken care of. It felt good knowing I could trust the business and the people coming to do the work. I won't be using anyone else in the future!
