Had been without water due to city main broke for 36 hours. Turned the water heater off so we could use the water for our house needs. When the water came back on the water heater would not start. I'm 71 this is a newer water heater you do not just start it there're steps to take . Joe's was the second plumber I called they said will get there today it was their holiday party day but they arrived got us going . Couldn't ask for more and hope their party was a big time.

Joe the plumber was amazing. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful and got them out here the same day! The guys - Damon and Wil showed up as expected and they did the job quick! Damon and Wil were super nice and easy to work with. Will be calling Joe the plumber next time we are needing plumbing help!

Keegan and the young man helping him came out to clean my clean outs and kitchen drain, they did a great job getting it all cleaned out and flowing again! They both had were very friendly and respectful, it was so great to receive such fantastic customer service!

What a blessing Joe the Plumber is. I had a gas leak at my house that their technician Keeven found. He was very fast and thorough. When he turned my gas back on my hot water heater wasn’t working. Keeven went to the shop and got one and installed it. This was all after hours. Joe the Plumber blessed me with the hot water heater. They are and will be the only plumbing referral I give. I had them come replace my clean out drain to my house because roots had completely taken over. I believe it was Will and Mike and they were able to get the job done in one day! They were very nice and helpful when I had questions. They also came back the next day to double check their work. Joe the Plumber is definitely my go to plumbers!

Called for clogged toilet at office. 3hrs and over $350 bucks later. Most expensive clogged drain I ever had.

The plumber came the day after I called, arrived on time and communicated appropriately. Rocky was professional, friendly, and efficient. My order was for a clogged drain but they also agreed to fix my dripping faucet while at the job. The repair and clog were fixed and the price of the job was reasonable. I would call them again for any plumbing problems.

Terrible company eho enjoys ripping people off. You have to request for them to do the job right. Hour minimum they will spend 5 minutes working and 30 writing up a ticket.

I will never call any other company! Lexi was wonderful when I called in. She's knowledgeable and sweet. I am in the process of turning my house into a home again. Rocky and Caleb came over and we're both amazing! When they came back to do the job I had no worries that it would be done right! Caleb is a very kind person and even fixed my dog cage just to be nice. Rocky is an upfront tell it like it is kind of man and I like that in a person. They work incredibly well as a team! The supervisor who I believe is named Juan was very professional and made sure everything was done right and double checked everything for safety. I will always ask for Rocky and Caleb and will get on the waiting list if they are busy.
These are not just wonderful plumbers, they are fantastic people. They are honest about their pricing and will lower the price if they finish early or whatever. You can trust them and I don't say that about many people anymore. I look forward to hiring them again when I tackle my next plumbing project!

Sean was early on Monday morning, even before his plumber!! His concern and care was Outstanding‼️ His plumber was knowledgeable and very kind, and went directly to work changing out our hot water heater. Sean threw a couple of bells and whistles that I didn’t have on my previous water heater to make sure I knew if there was any problems in the distant future with the new water heater‼️
