Best HVAC company in the town of Amarillo TX. They are fast, clean, reliable and best of all friendly and respectful. Did a great job fixing my heater have had no problems sinve then.

The service rep was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Was out in a couple of hrs. got our heater fixed an about 20-30 min. So pleased !!

They came and fixed my broken pipe and had me up and running in no time. Great job, great repairmen. Thanks, Guys! I would recommend them highly!

Aaron did a good job in fixing my AC! I really appreciate the after hours service. He also offered to come back and replace my filter. Great service!

Three out of four appointments were no-shows. Need I say more?

6/22 On-time. No issues.

6/29 No-show. Office called following day and rescheduled for 6/30. On time and no issues.

7/31 No-show. No calls from the office so I called. Rescheduled for 8/9.

8/9 No-show. No calls from the office as of 8/13.

On the days of appointments, I’ve called the office in the afternoon and ask if the tech will make the appointment. Each time, I get the same answer from the office staff…”they are behind the schedule. They will call you when they’re on the way”. No calls from the tech or the office - and the tech is no show. So there goes my day. This happened to me three times. OBTW, the last two appointments were to correct the issues from the previous work they’d done.

Don’t waste your precious time.
There are better companies out there.

Hands down the best company I have ever used. Guys were very friendly and informative, and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. If your needing any work done they would be the only people I would call, and the only company that I will ever use.

I will definitely call these guys back they know their stuff and they had my heater back and running in no time. My dog had bit off a wire and they had the exact wire we needed to get it fixed in no time. I highly recommend them! 👍🏼👌 great job guys! Keep up the good work fellas!!!!

We called 06/28 and the service team we spoke to were incredibly helpful. Josh, who was incredibly kind, came out the same day and fixed our issues promptly. We would definitely recommend Guy’s.

Tim & Isaiah did a great job! They were friendly, professional & efficient. It only took them 30 minutes to crawl under our house & replace a leaking section of pipe. Very impressed!

I have had Guy's Plumbing work at my home and I have been very pleased with the courteous and professional service I received. I had them out to my business on three separate calls last week. All of the calls were in different buildings and different problems. They came out and fixed all three on different days and within 10 hours of calling. Their work is fantastic and I very pleased with the charges.

Guy's did great. I called about my air conditioning unit and they were quick to respond. I really liked that they do not charge to come out and take a look at what is wrong with the unit! We are extremely happy and we will use them again the future!

5 stars because not only did I have to call once but twice in a week period for two different situations at my house. First my plumbing was backing up so I scheduled a appointment for a later time, well over the weekend when temperatures decided to hit in the high 90s my ac went out! I called them the following morning and not only did they show up when they said they would but fixed it in less than a hour! The following day they came to fix my plumbing! Both men were so kind and professional ! Definitely will be calling them back if I have any other problems. Highly recommend!

We trust Guy's. They are honest, prompt, and reasonable. They don't try to sell you a new heating/air unit every time a problem comes up.

I don’t ever address things like this on social media, but this is the only way I know to reach out & get awareness. I can definitely attest to dissatisfaction. The guys rushed to do repairs in a Friday before a holiday weekend. Flooded my home, office & gym, didn’t address it for 3 days after calling & emailing, texting several times. We even had the on call service out to address another hot water leak from a poorly repaired line that day and alerted the plumber. 7 months later - still fighting with their insurance to get repairs started. And they acknowledged the damages as 100% their responsibility. Very disappointed as a local business to handle things so poorly.

Scheduled to replace hvac on a Wednesday. Called about 10am day of to reschedule for next day, Thursday. Never show up on Thursday, never called didn’t call Friday, we had to reach back out several times. Finally get hvac installed over a week later, shotty job, no caps on condensers, no armaflex, couldn’t even zip tie the thermostat wire.

Josh and his workers found a leak in mini split , they went the extra mile and charged it every other day until my warranty unit came in no charge . Quick and fast install . 10/10 great pricing and honest people which is super rare to find these days .

nice man who came to repair my oven, it was a minor issue which was addressed easily. That said, he was very helpful and the charge was limited to just the house call amount.
