I am very satisfied with the work done on my Rv/Camper air conditioner. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and with care as not to do any harm to roof of my camper. Also my furnace inside camper was serviced to working condition. This is great because it's an older trailer. Thank You Bigg's Service Co.

Greg was very professional and explained in detail each step of how the HVAC system works and what could and could not be the problem.

Greg also gave us the option after he had discovered the problem to either have me go buy the part at a local handyman store and instal the part in which would cut down on the cost.

Or have him instal it which would cost much much more. Now you tell me where do you find people like that around anymore?

I will definitely definitely be calling Greg for any of my future mishaps or breakdowns. Thanks Greg!

Gregg was able to work me in on the same day I called. He fixed my whirlpool washer and pretty much knew what the issue was and was upfront with price. Very nice guy and will call on him again.

ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST, SKILLED PLUMBER/HVAC PERSON????

I have been very pleased with all of my interactions with Greg Biggs, of Biggs Service Co., regarding my HVAC needs. It began with my refrigerator freezing, with the result of it no longer cooling my food. I contacted Biggs Service Co, and spoke with Greg, who asked several questions and then very accurately diagnosed the overall problem and what to do to get my refrigerator working again. He did not come out at that time, because he had been able to solve the problem over the phone. It would have been an after hours service call (it was a weekend evening) that would have cost a pretty penny I am sure. Greg did recommend that he or someone come out to further establish why the refrigerator froze up, sometime the upcoming week, during work hours. Other companies I had called that evening, before Greg, told me they would come out for "X" amount of money - nobody else gave me expert advice over the phone for free, essentially fixing my refrigerator at no cost!

I did have Greg come by to examine my furnace (and A/C) to make sure it was ready for this upcoming winter.....he determined all to be clean and in good working order! The cost for him to do all of this was less than some companies charge just to make a house call. Greg was polite, friendly, accommodating, skilled, and efficient. He explained everything very carefully. He is very honest and has a lot of integrity. I will most certainly keep his information and have him as my go-to HVAC/appliance/
plumbing/etc. person, from now on. I was very impressed! Just sayin'!

I called this company yesterday for washer repair. I was scheduled for service between 3-5 today. They were a no show/no call until 7:15. He offered to come out at that time of night which I agreed. I asked him about the appointment and he chuckled and said "jobs". Then he said that as I was disappointed (I never said I was disappointed) he said "Let's not. I will allow you to find someone else". Very unprofessional.

Greg was fatastic! He repaired my furnace the same day I called. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the price he quoted me for the repair I needed to get my furnace running again. I am a happy camper my furnace is working! I would highly recommend Biggs Service Company if you are looking for an honest and reliable company!

I called and was given a prompt appointment to evaluate my dishwasher. On the day of the appointment I get a text asking to move it to the next day. On the next day I get a text to expect him to be late. After the appointment time I get a phone call saying he wanted to come an hour late. I said, 'I guess so', and then he said 'You know what? I'm cancelling. You'll find somebody else.' My opinion is you will need a full-time house sitter to accommodate appointments for Biggs Service Company.

Greg came to assess our broken double oven. He was the third serviceman to look at the issue. The first didn’t even really look at it. The second said they had to order a part. A month after, after not hearing back, they said they wouldn’t be able to fix it after all. I called Biggs and reached Greg. He came the next day, truly looked at the problem, gave us a reasonable solution to actually be able to fix the oven. Then he advised us a way to fix our issue that would actually result in him making less money. I am impressed with this company and this serviceman. We have a lot of rental properties and work with a lot of repairmen and contractors. Finding one who has integrity, promptness, professionalism, and extensive knowledge is rare!! We will be using this company again.

Greg Biggs is very knowledgeable about refrigeration systems from 30+ year old systems to newer ones. I would also trust him with other appliances. His work is thorough and meticulous. He solved a defrost problem on our ancient GE side by side refrigerator/freezer. With his insights into how to adjust freezer/refrigerator temps, the unit is working better than it ever has before.

Strongly recommend him for appliance repairs.

I described my fridge being a Kodiak told him it is in my bus and I can come to him, he said he doesn't have a office to come to, I said again I can come to you, he said he hasn't even heard of a Kodiak refrigerator and then he asked if it is ac or DC I said DC and I needed a rv place to find repairs. I said I need a fridge guy. I asked what is the difference between a AC and a DC then he eventually just hung up on me. I called back to find out the difference between the two and he hung up again so I left him a message. $90 or $99 for diagnosis and then $300 or more after...im sure he is good at what he does but he is not good at people skills....

THE BEST IN TOWN! Believe me when I say this. I have 6 kids and our ac went out in this heat. Totally in a bind and never thought I could get someone out in such a fast time. He was here within 10 minutes and had it working in less than 20! Such a nice and smart guy! 👏

Jack is really great and life saver.
I call him regarding my AC unit and he picked up my call right away and diagnosed issue immediately after arriving. I highly recommend Jack.

I called Jack at about 5:00 p.m. He asked me if I wanted the service right now. I was hesitant as it seemed a bit late for a worker to make a call. I told him we would wait until the next day. After some thought, I called him back and said we would go ahead on that evening. Jack was at our house within twenty minute, went to work on the vent, and was completed with the clean out by 6:00! He went into the vent from the bottom and from the roof vent. I saw what he removed and it was unbelievable the amount of lent and hair that had built up. Jack provided pictures of before and after the cleaning. Jack is the one to call for dryer duct cleaning for sure. I am sure that he has the same competency and professionalism when it involves HVAC services.

Our AC stopped working Saturday night, and Jackie had it fixed the next day. He was very knowledgeable, and had great customer service! We will definitely use again!

Amazing service, seriously top notch! Booked to clean a drier vent should have been pretty straight forward and easy. Went above and beyond to find an install error from our builder on a drier fan in the attic. Then helped fix and properly install the fan. I’d give 10 stars out of 5 if google would let me.

Jack was an absolute angel!! No seriously God directed me to this man when our ac went out this morning! I had been waiting for the man who installed our unit last year to call me back. I kept calling because I knew it was Friday and starting to get late and could not make it until Monday with no Ac with my children being home. Finally got in touch with the guy who installed our ac originally by this time it was already 3:45 was told he was going to be gone until Monday.. and panic set in!! I took a breath and prayed because I knew it was getting close to 5 o’clock quitting time and me living 45 mins from really any big city I knew the odds were not in my favor. So I googled Ac repair and called the 1st one and Jack answered, he was in Plainview when I called him and told him what had happened and he said I can be there no later than 5:30! That was the first miracle! Once he got here I explained to him what happened. Our house is brand new less than a year old along with the unit, we had lost our house in the Texas wildfires in February 2024 so fire scare the crap out of me because we almost didn’t make it out and when I seen the burns on the wiring coming from the house into the unit, my heart about stopped. Had I not got a hold of Jack and it had been the original person who put the unit in? They probably would have just fixed it and called it a day , but Jack and I both got to talking about how the wires were burnt that it wasn’t something normal that we believed that somewhere there is wires that are crossed or tied in where they should not be. let me back up a little bit. I was cooking cinnamon rolls for my daughter. Had just turned the oven on about the time. The AC came on and we heard a loud pop. The AC turned off and then came back on. It was not blowing cold air so I went outside to check the unit and seen the black marks and smoke. Jack was able to get us fixed up and also wrote a recommendation to the service department about having our wiring checked by someone who is certified. So I would absolutely recommend this man to anyone. He has a heart of gold and is very good at his job. He wasn’t about getting in getting it done and getting out of there, which he was already fast, but he also took the time to talk to me and explain things to me was not wishing to get out of here even thought it was already 6:30 and still had at least an hour drive home!! Thank you Jack from the bottom of our hearts! You are a real live hero ❤️

Have used another professional in the past and never could see any results. Used Master Air Duct this time spent a little bit more money and had amazing results. In the last week or so you can feel how much harder the air flows thru the ducts for the Air-conditioning; haven’t needed to dust house in over a week where i used to have to dust every day or two ; and now my dryer works perfectly in drying my clothes in a fraction of the time.
I would wholly recommend Jack for any duct cleaning service!!!!

Jack is very kind caring professional and very passionate about his business he takes time to explain everything and answer any questions or concerns he really goes above and beyond I am very very very pleased with his work he did an outstanding job cleaning my Air Ducts fireplace and chimney and let me tell you the results of the before and after photos are unbelievable it has made a tremendous difference with the airflow and health wise so if you're looking for professionalism honesty and good affordable prices don't look in further Jack is the right person for the job please give him a call you won't be disappointed I wish I could give 10 stars ✨ but system only allow 5 stars ✨
