Jackie was very professional and demonstrated outstanding work and advice when cleaning our chimney. He also inspected our dryer vent and gave recommendations on regular maintenance/cleaning. 100% recommend for your service needs.

Great service and great to see there are still business owners that care about their clients and the service they provide. I used to call Adams Air for everything but after this past weeks experience and their response I will no longer be calling them EVER. From now on Master Air Duct. Is my first call and will be referring this business to all that needs Reliability and great service by such an amazing owner. I was so disappointed with Adams air response after their employee lied about the service he provided even though I had proof thx to Master Air Duct. Please contact this business if you need honest, reliable and pure good service and most of all good work. Thank you for saving my furnace for I’m having to replace it and the air in my home is soooooo much better.

I had a great experience with this company. Jack showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly. He was very knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and respectful throughout the entire visit. What I appreciated most was how efficient he was—he immediately knew what was going on and had my AC working again in no time. I highly recommend Master Air Duct for fast, reliable, and honest service.

Jack at Master Air Duct home services did an amazing job. His company was recommended to me by my son who had used him. He has great communication, takes pride in his work and did an amazing job. He documented everything he did with before and after photos. I would highly recommend using him and we will definitely be calling him again when we need him.

Jack is very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job in cleaning my mother-in-law’s air ducts, which were horrible, and cleaned out the lint from her dryer. Very happy with his great service and highly recommend! 😊

We had Jackie come out to clean our dryer vent, and look at a request from the buyers of our home. The inspection of the house indicated that the gas line need to be caulked around the firewall. Jackie could've charged and applied the caulk, but he informed that there was not meant to be any caulk at that location by design. He could've took the money applied the caulk. Very honest, and he did an excellent job with the dryer vent (even got up on the roof just after rain had fell. We highly recommend this company for fairness, honesty, and quality work.

If you use anyone else, you made a mistake. Not only does he show up and do a great job, Jack is an amazing person on top of everything else!
He took before and after photos. Explain each step and just did a wonderful job. I can tell you that I will not use anyone else as long as he is available.
My chimney was somewhere around 60 years old, and I am pretty sure it has never been cleaned. He gave me a price and even after cleaning the chimney and dryer vents that were way worse than I imagined, he stuck with that price.
When I get ready to have my air-conditioning and heating ducks done, I am calling Master Air Duck Hime Services.

I called Master Air duct because my dryer wasn’t working, bad airflow. Jackie came and cleaned the dryer vent and did an excellent job. He kept me informed of what he was doing, went up to the roof took pictures and videos of how dirty the vent was. Cleaned everything and now I can finally use my dryer. He was very polite and very professional. I definitely recommend their services.

Master Air Duct Home Services is who you need to call. My heating element from our dryer stopped working. The man that fixed it for us recommended for us to have our dryer vent cleaned out due to fire hazards...So I came across Master Air Duct and Jack was very professional and came same day to clean our dryer vent. He showed me pictures before and after, and I can't tell you enough how the after looked. It was amazing!! I will most definitely be using Jack and recommend his services. His pricing is not bad at all, and I appreciate everything he did to get us back on track. Thank you so much, Jack, for everything! My husband and I appreciate you very much! Also, he is very trustworthy and I can't tell you enough how much we appreciate that.

Jack did a great job cleaning our chimney. He was quick and thorough. Very reasonably priced. Really friendly and personable. Will definitely call him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Master Air Duct Services did an AMAZING job cleaning out my dryer vent. A substantial amount of lint came out. They went on the roof to get lint out the top as well and fix the damper and took a before/after video. Excellent service! They were even able to come out the same day I called!

My husband and I have used master air duct twice now and have been impressed both times! Jack has been so flexible with times and transparent about each service. Very affordable pricing, we will continue to use them! Highly recommend.

I had Jack come out to check on my gas fireplace, and I was extremely impressed with the service. He was very professional, friendly, and took his time to be thorough with the inspection. He explained everything clearly and made sure the fireplace was safe and working properly before he left. Truly excellent service—highly recommend!

I had my chimney sweep by Master Air Duct, and I can’t remember ever getting such a great service from any other company! The technician (Jack) showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure to keep the work area spotless with tarps layed down and vacuums. You can tell this guy really know what he’s doing and take pride in their work. My fireplace used to draft smoke into the living room and now it works perfectly - there’s no more smoky smell in the house! The pricing was fair, and the whole experience was friendly and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Master Air Duct again, and 100% recommend Jack

I had an outstanding experience with this company! The owner, Jack, went above and beyond to help me figure out a ceiling leak that turned out to be caused by a blocked dryer vent. Not only did he thoroughly inspect the issue, but he also took the time to explain what was happening and showed a level of care and attention you don’t see often these days.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to solving the problem—not just doing the bare minimum. Thanks to his expertise, the leak was resolved quickly and correctly, saving me from what could have been a much bigger headache and expense.

I’m incredibly grateful for his honesty, hard work, and dedication. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and knows what they’re doing, this is the company to call. Highly recommended!

A Masterclass in Service and Professionalism!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Master Air Duct LLC Chimney was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share. After dealing with frustrating service calls from other companies, Jack was a breath of fresh air and truly exceeded every expectation.

From the start, communication was excellent. Jack provided an accurate window and, crucially, showed up exactly when he said he would. There was no waiting around or vague promises, just dependable service.

Communication (5/5): Jack kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the issue with my fireplace (a broken fireplace refractory panel) in clear, simple terms. I appreciated the transparency about the necessary repairs and the cost breakdown before any work began. It was a completely stress-free process.

Quality of Work (5/5): The repair was done efficiently and meticulously. My fireplace is running better than it has in years. It's clear that Jack is highly skilled and took pride in doing the job right the first time.

I called on a Sunday and Jack was able to come by and take a look at our chimney. We were worried we could not burn wood in our Betenbough home, but he assured us how to open the air I take system and got a fire going for us. Super thankful for him!

I recently had my air ducts cleaned by Master Air Duct, and I am far more than impressed with the experience. Jackie demonstrated outstanding professionalism and extensive knowledge from start to finish. He was courteous, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
