Another company had previously misdiagnosed the issue with our AC unit, but Don’t Sweat It quickly identified the real problem and got it fixed. They were incredibly thorough, made sure everything was running correctly, and double checked everything before they left. I really appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they were available right away. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, reliable, and efficient service!

Uriel was very informative in my situation with my Ac unit. He didn’t just say replace it. He got to work and figured out where all my free-on was leaking from and welded it back together! I will always return and refer! Worth every dollar!

I called to set an appointment and they were able to come on the same day, called me prior to appointment to confirm and asked me questions to see what problems I was having. Showed up and had it repaired in an hour for a great price.

So, there’s a saying that “if momma isn’t happy, nobody is happy.” But….I would counter that with “if daddy is too hot to sleep restfully, everybody’s day is going to be rouggghhh.” Caprock Services found a creative and cost-effective solution to dramatically increase the airflow to our master bedroom with super high ceilings and a tight roofline (and on a plenum with no more room at the inn, no less). Cheaper than marriage counseling and a lot quicker, too, Zach and his crew saved us from a seriously rough summer in a new house. Thermostat setting is the same and now that prior hot room is ice cold! Thank you!!!!

It was clear that our AC had what we thought were a number of problems. It had been recommended that we completely replace the unit by another company. Zach came and quickly diagnosed the situation and it going within an hour at a fraction of the cost of what we thought we were going to have to spend. Very honest and forthcoming on all fronts.
