Travis and Cody did an excellent job getting my HVAC unit ready for the summer heat!

Came out at midnight to fix my heater, didn't have the part on hand, but got it going to get us through the night. Came out first thing the next morning and replaced the part.

Jesse and his partner showed up soon after I called. They were polite and professional. They communicated with me about everything and they went above and beyond to make sure the whole system was working properly. We are warm again and ready for summer when it comes! Thanks guys!

Had heater problems thermocouple went out they came right out fixed me up fast, Austin did a great job !! Had more issues with my pilot going out came back out immediately and Cody fixed me up awesome work ,very pleased with everyone I highly recommend 👌

This company needs 10 Stars PLUS! They are the best in town. Fast, friendly, dedicated, and experienced. They are more concerned with fixing your issues economically than selling you a new unit. I highly recommend them for commercial and/or residential heating and air needs.

Fast Service at a great price! I had my new AC unit installed in just a couple of hours at the best price in town! The crew was professional and just plain AWESOME to work with! Good people with honesty and integrity!

Excellent customer service. Very prompt! Just a great all around company! Cody was at our house in less than 15 minutes from my call. Had us fixed up in no time at all.

The AC at our office stopped blowing cold air. We called two other companies throughout the day that didn’t even answer or call us back. We decided to call Chill Out at the close of business and they showed up and had it fixed by 8:30am the next morning! They will be the first ones I call next time!

didn't get my techs name but he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did and why my AC wasn't working. he made sure everything was up and running before he left. the price was very reasonable (cheaper than what i expected). I will use / recommend Chill Out. great experience using them.

My home AC unit was blown out hot air. We discovered this after getting home last night. I called ChillOut Refrigeration, they offered to come out right then. I really appreciate the urgency. I told them that the next day was fine. We set up a time to meet and they were on time. Within the hour my AC unit was working. The tech took the extra time to detail clean Yeah my outside unit. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and his company. I had my regular company I had use decide to sell, so I needed a new HVAC company. I had called another HVAC company (before I stumbled upon Chill Out) and they stood me up. The next company I called, did not get back with me for a week with the quote for what I needed.

I called Chill Out on Thursday mid day, he was out the very next morning. From the moment I met him I could tell he had high level of integrity, not to mention seemed like a good guy to just chat it up with.

He looked at my issue. Confirmed what I needed. Gave me options. Did not try to sell me a new system, he gave me what options were to fix my current situation. Due to the fact I want to sell in a year or two, I went ahead and got a new system. His price was amazing and I jumped on it.

Thank you for running a business based on integrity and not greed. Will use them for all my future needs and tell others in my neighborhood!

Chill Out Heating & Air is a wonderful company. Our A/C went out and they came out quickly to look at it. When they came back to service the unit, they explained everything thoroughly and gave us an amazing deal. 10/10 would use them again.
They are very good people with integrity.

Thank God for Chill Out! They have helped me when my heat went out now when my air went out. They show up quick and stay till the job is done. I won’t go anywhere else.

These guys came out to see about my air,the guys back there for maybe 7-10 minutes says he can't fix it today cause the system needed a new air filter which later was quoted for $1300. He also said he washed the condenser out,but I checked after he left and the ground and condenser was completely dry. My landlord had another company come for a second opinion and all the system needed was refrigerant and has been running flawlessly since. These guys seemed lazy,and untrustworthy.
