Had him come by and repair a dryer, washer, ice maker, and wine cooler. They showed up when they said they would and fixed everything but the washer. Gave me good advice that it wasn’t worth what it would cost in parts. Very happy and we’ll definitely call them again

Dryer went out on Thursday. I called to set up an appointment with A-Accurate Appliance Thursday to repair my dryer on Friday between 4-7 PM.. A-Accurate Appliance stated there would be a $30.00 cancelation fee if I canceled the appointment and I excepted their terms. A Friday morning call stated they canceled my appointment due to lack of Techs and wanted me to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled on Friday afternoon for Monday between 2-5 PM. On Monday morning again A-Accurate Appliance canceled due to no tech available to service my dryer. They DID NOT PAY me a $30.00 cancelation fee as they requested. If they demand a cancelation fee for their time why don't they consider my time?
I will never use this company and would not refer them to anyone either.

Don't use these people. Owner is a hot head and cant take "no" for an answer.

I have been using Roger for many years and I have never had one complaint about his service. He is prompt, courteous, never leaves a mess, and advises me the best options on the repair. His son, Tim , is just like his Dad and it is a pleasure doing business with both of them!

I have been using A-Accurate for years and have always trusted Roger's ability to diagnose and repair every appliance over the years. I was extremely happy to see Roger's son, Tim is helping take over his business. Tim came to repair my oven yesterday. He went over and beyond to help me with my issue, I will always call A-Accurate first for appliance repairs!!!

I am so impressed with the prompt response & service my family received! My kiddos live with us & my grandson was born Thursday, my dryer went out on Friday. Tim contacted me on Saturday after I left a message. Very polite & courteous. My dryer was fixed & in operation by lunch on Monday! So impressed! Highly recommend!

As someone who likes to repair their own appliances and devices I had to admit that I couldn't figure out my refrigerator problem and called to talk with Tim. He patiently listened to the diagnostics I had run and recommended other things to try. In the end it was a sealed volume issue and the repair would cost as much as a new fridge. I very much appreciated his patience and advice offered at no charge over the phone.

These guys are awesome! Tim diagnosed the problem with my under counter ice
machine in about 5 minutes. It’s making ice like it did when it was new. They do what they say and show up on time! I highly recommend A-Accurate Appliance!!!

All I can say is wow! I had a house fire the beginning of the year, which is a nightmare situation already. I was ready to roll into a ball and check out, but thanks to Landon and everybody at Amarillo Steam Team, we are back in our home and it is so much better than it was before! The team is amazing from start to finish. I thought I was going to have to just take the first offer to sell and just cut my losses, because there was no way I was going to be able to do this all myself AND still provide for my family since we had to move 4 hours away. Thankfully, I hardly even had to talk with insurance, because they did all the fighting for me and took care of EVERYTHING from packing and cleaning to the rebuild and design and now with moving back in and setting up. Not a single person with the teams have been less than happy to help. Even something as small as breaking down boxes and cleaning out drawers, everyone has made this experience so much easier to cope with. I hope I never need services like this again, but if I do I'm calling these guys.

Chris and Julianne are the best at customer service and did the most thorough cleaning I have ever seen with reasonable prices too. They cleaned all my ducts and last minute i asked for my sofa and love seat as well. I am very pleased.

We called a couple of places to get some duct cleaning done and didn’t have much luck. A friend suggested Steam Team and from the first phone call to the job being completed I couldn’t be happier. They showed up on time and got right to work. They did what they said they would do for the agreed on price. They also seemed very trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

I called for a carpet repair estimate. I got a same day appointment for the estimate and the repair was done at that time. The price was reasonable and Dylan was very professional! Thanks for your service Amarillo Steam Team!
