Reviews of local pros in Amarillo, Texas

Chris and Gavin were gentlemen. They were professional but very easy to talk to. Both know their business very well. My wife, talked their ears off with a bazillion questions and they were very patient with her. 👍 They cleaned our carpet and we love it! We will definitely call on these gentlemen in about 8 months for another cleaning. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

They did a great job with two area rugs they did in our home and we sent a larger one with them to clean! Everyone we worked with was kind and professional and kept us updated on the time they would arrive! Highly recommended and we will use them again!

I was called about 10 minutes before they were due and said they were on their way and showed up right on time. He was very professional and gave me the estimate. Every part of the appointment was perfect. They were careful with my things, courteous to me. I have already recommended them to neighbors. Dylan and Julian, thank you

We had flooding from heavy rain, and they came right out to handle the water restoration. Super impressed with how fast and thorough they were! They made a really stressful situation so much easier.

I had my dryer vent which wants through the roof cleaned today by Steam Team. The 2 young men that came out were prompt, courteous and efficient. They put everything back in proper place and cleaned up after themselves. . They were very personable and I will definitely call them again for any of my steam clean or duct cleans price was very reasonable

Absolutely the BEST! Did a professional job, came to save my house in the middle of the night and ALWAYS professional!!

On 12/11/24 I contracted with Steam Team to clean the HVAC ducts in my home, since they had done a great job previously. Chris and Gavin arrived exactly on time and quickly confirmed with me what the service would cost. These two young professionals displayed perfect manners, respect for my property and great attitudes, which is very uncommon these days. Kudos to these two young men as well as the company that employees them. They've got my business!

A very pleased customer!

Highly recommend Amarillo Steam Team. We had an issue with the city sewer backing up into our home and they were on it immediately to help with mitigation and restoration. They were able to work around our schedule to get things done in a timely fashion and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. Every single person that we interacted with was extremely professional.

Not to give to much detail, but with a busy life load and sick husband they squeezed me in last minute on short notice the same day of needing service. Kris Jones was very compassionate and thorough. The company that I work for uses them as well and they are amazing 👏 🙌🫶

Prompt, courteous, professional, informative. They really helped make a stressful situation better. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! I know they had been out since the early morning taking care of homes after the hail storm. Still, when they came to my house in the afternoon, they were friendly, professional, and quick. They got my windows boarded up so my kids and I could have peace of mind. I can't recommend them enough.

Showed up so quickly, made my couches look brand new. Very professional, great service.
