Our AC quit working on a Friday night and Brandon was out Saturday morning to get us fixed up! We have always had excellent service from Bob Jay's! Thank you guys so much for always taken great care of us!

I've used Bob Jay's in the past. They've always done a good, professional job. The job they done this time was great! After I paid for the service, I was sent a refund for being over charged. Thank you for the company's honesty. I will always recommend y'all.

Highly recommend Bob Jay’s. They were very nice on the phone instructing me on what I needed to do with the system prior to the technician’s arrival. He arrived when they said he would, and I appreciated them getting me on the calendar quickly since my AC wasn’t working. The technician very thorough in investigating to try to find the issue.

We called on a Saturday evening and they came out and had it fixed within an hour. Thank you so much for fixing our heater on a cold and snowy day. Very courteous and professional!!!

We called Bob Jay’s when my MIL had a gas leak at her house. They sent a tech over ASAP and we were quoted a much better price than 3 of the other companies we had called. They did the work quickly and professionally. The techs were wonderful to work with. Then, two weeks later, our AC went out at our house at 4pm. I called, they had a tech here with in the hour and the AC was fixed in an hour. The tech was professional and friendly and explained what he was doing. All I can say is it has been such a pleasant experience working with Bob Jay’s. I appreciate their techs and how quickly they’re able to get us back up and running. We will continue to do business with them and will recommend them to friends and family.

I called Bob Jay's to schedule an urgent plumbing job, that is essential plumbing lines were blocked. The scheduler was courteous and positive. She scheduled a service visit within 1 hour. The assigned plumber, Nolan, arrived without delay and commenced to do a quality job. The plumbing job required trouble shooting and analysis to determine the location of the blocks in the lines. Nolan readily figured out the proprer way access the blockages in the lines. The blockages were severe as the lines had accumulated large amounts of decaying organic matter, soap scum, fats, monerals etc over the decades. It was, I hate to say, disgusting filthy work. Nolan, undeterred, cheerfully preformed the work and cleaned up the work areas when finished. Indeed, it was a pleasure to have a a positive courteous and hard working young man on the job. And, it was a relief to have my drain lines cleared and restored to good working condition.

I am beyond satisfied with Bob Jay's Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing Inc. I had a punctured water pipe that connected to the water heater and had to shut off the water immediately. The stress was very high and I was overwhelmed not knowing how long I had to go on without water in order for a technician to show up. All I can say is this company was God sent. I called and within 10 minutes they showed up and repaired the pipe in such a quick timely manner. They are professional, efficient and trustworthy and I am beyond grateful for their services.Highly recommend their service to anyone in need! Thank you many times & God bless you.

December 2025 Nolan replaced my garbage disposal today and then did a couple of other repairs. I was so impressed with Nolan. Great communication and very thorough job. He was quick and neat. Love Bob Jays.

Tim and Nolan did my annual inspection today. They were so very nice. They did a thorough job making a couple of quick repairs while here. Communication was great, efficient timing and no signs they were even here😊. Bob Jay has been our full service plumber for many years. Their staff is wonderful and services are always top notch.
