Technicians are competent and deliberate. They call prior to arriving to do their work and do so within a reasonable amount of time after scheduled time.

When the windstorm caused an electrical surge into our house, Nick did an outstanding job of getting our heater and air conditioner repaired. When I called after hours, I got a human answering the phone after just a few rings. The tech came out on a Saturday and unstopped my whole house. They were fast and professional, and gave pricing upfront.

I called they said buy the part and 100 dollars service fee and 25 dollars for truck fee i found the parts but he left to get different parts for a hour and half to not use my parts and it was cheaper but then bid me 1000 dollars to fix my out side house bib the lady and guy was really nice but idk how people can afford anything like this said my whole wall had to be torn down idk just a man trying to make it I didn't want to leave a review but they text me multiple times asking for one

Our air conditioner froze up on Sayrday night. I called A and R on Sunday morning at 6:30. Janie was on call and answered the phone. She was kind and thorough in her questioning about our unit. Since it was frozen, we decided that it would be best to wait until it thawed for service. This morning I called and Joy scheduled us for the morning. Kyle came to our home and had our air conditioning running within an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The service call was priced reasonably. We will definitely call upon A and R for all of our air conditions needs.

We just had a semi-annual check of our HVAC systems, one heat pump & three mini-splits that ended being a blocked drain & pilot light on a water heater that couldn't be relit. These guys got everything done, checked and cleaned up in short order. Great job with me hanging over their shoulders trying to learn more from the pros.

A&R serviced my home and waterleak quickly, however I was overcharged ($935 total). My rental company was able to dispute $400 of it. A&R needs to improve their consent through the rental company (and ultimately the homeowner) prior to charging out and performing the repair.

changed out two faucets for me. Tried to fix my shower head but I need a new one. However, they switched the hot/cold water on the kitchen faucet. Could not figure out why I had no hot water. Turned it to what should have been the cold water and got hot water. Was supposed to turn my water softener back on, not sure that was done either.
Edit to add: A&R Plumbing called today stating they would come out, at no charge, and reverse the hot/cold in the faucet so it would be correct. They did come out and fixed it right up. Thank you,
