Bryson is exceptional young man and has a great business. My heater malfunctioned during a severe cold spell and he came out in a couple of hours. Bryson very professional and knowledgeable explained in depth the broken part and his procedure to replace it. Im short the heat was back on! He also took the time (without me asking) to check my smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector and encouraged me to replace the unit with the correct MERV filter.
I highly recommend Panhandle ProAir of Amarillo for all your HVAC needs.

Service was prompt and excellent! We were dreading going through the weekend with temperature forecasted to be mid to high 90’s and we were on a list that had our service appt on Monday. The technician at Panhandle Pro Air found a way to get us in on Friday! Great service and efficient work got us cooling in a short while. Will be passing this info to our family and friends!

Our 27 year old heater went out the week of some of the coldest weather in February. Bryson came within the hour of our call. We knew we were going to have to replace the whole unit before he even came. He gave us a quote for the job and within a few days it was in and running. Bryson was professional, ON TIME EVERY TIME, worked the whole time, explained each step if I had questions. He and his helper cleaned as they went. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Panhandle Pro Air if you are needing Heating/Air Conditioning ... also, if you know it is coming now is the time while it is still cool outside as is easier to stay in the attic for longer periods of time and shorten the installation process :)

Our upstairs AC unit was going out, but we weren’t financially able to replace it just yet. Bryson came out a couple of different times and did what he could to help it hold on a little longer. When we finally were able to replace the unit, he gave us options and did a great job explaining the pros and cons of each.

Bryson and Panhandle Pro Air did a great job.They replaced an ac unit at a much needed fall fair time. Bryson communicated with us and kept us updated, was on time, clean and left our house much cooler then they found it . Give them a chance, they will do you right.

Highly appreciate them coming to check the heater before it really gets cold here in Amarillo. Would be asking them to come again before summer to check our A/C to be ready for the heat.
