I had the fine folks of Bob Jay's Plumbing handle a water leak for at my grandfather's house in fritch,tx. The found the problem fixed and address a few other issues that needed attention as well. The gentleman that handled the call was very polite and informative about the situation. The office staff was more than understanding about the issue of needing a crew at my 92 year old grandfather's house with out me being able to make. Awesome folks!!!

They came out the same day and took care of the original problem and also found 2 other problems. They fixed everything within 4 hours of when I first called!!! Highly recommend using Bob Jay’s for any plumbing problems that you have!

Helped me out in an after hours pinch. The plumbers were very thorough and knowledgeable. They took their time inspecting our system and gave recommendations to prevent further issues. I'm sure they were ready to get home and call it a day- but they didn't make me feel rushed at all they were fantastic :)!

Showed up on time , assessed job and made recommendations. Gave an estimate before work began and explained options. Very professional throughout entire time. Definitely would recommend to others and will be who we call for next plumbing job. This was for emergency generator install, but skills exhibited made me comfortable he would equally good for any plumbing situation.

We had to have our thermostat replaced after Ron checked to make sure the furnace was working.
He was very pleasant and professional. Thanks to the quick fix we will have heat when the next cold front comes in.

We LOVE Bob Jay’s! Dustin is such a cool and smart dude who really knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing. He was super helpful and patient with me when I started asking a million questions about what was going on and what needed to be done. Stand up guy and stand up company!

I only give three stars because the technician was very kind and felt bad for having to charge me so much for something simple. They got the job done by noon and I called at 8am. I don’t have great service out here so the call didn’t come through when he got here. Got a voicemail saying I would be charged the 189$ service fee if I didn’t answer the door. The guy was at my neighbors which people do that a lot out here...but almost 200$ for that? Feel that I was ripped off and would take my business elsewhere next time. The tech was great, the business is borderline a scam.

We have used A & R for a new HVAC unit and to repair a plumbing leak. We are extremely happy with this company. Jon Saunders repaired our leak with superior professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and courtesy. He was most helpful in every aspect of the repair. We kept his business card and will definitely ask for him in the future.

Our experience was very good. Caleb was very thorough in explaining the price, what we would be getting, and making sure it was done on time. So far our new HVAC equipment is working great!

The H/A tech they’ve been sending to my house for the past year, for my semi-annual maintenance, is so sweet and knowledgeable and answers all my questions.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Everything was explained in great detail and all questions were answered accordingly. They handled dealing with all my animals extremely well and were not bothered by them. They worked well with my schedule and all who came were top of the line friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’m on a maintenance/check up plan for the heater & AC, love it.. I see them 2x year.. when there was a problem, they were out to repair quickly..
