We live in the middle of nowhere in eastern nm and had absolutely no one that would come out and help us. As soon as I talked to the steam team they were on their way in two days. Tyler was extremely thorough and friendly. He checked out our problem and explained everything to me in detail. He listened to all my questions and concerns and assured me they would get everything taken care of! So grateful for the steam team’s kindness and willingness to travel so far! I called for a rollback dumpster and it was delivered that day. The driver was polite and knowledgeable. When I was finished they were there to pick it up within the hour. I would use them again without hesitation.

Called the Steam Team at 4 pm for water damage. The team showed up with 3 trucks and 7 guys. They were so professional and kind to the tenants. Very happy with all they did. Highly recommend Steam Team for any emergencies that might come up in your life.

We had our dryer vent cleaned out. It is vented through our roof and we have a metal roof. They told us everything they were going to do, were very considerate and polite. Will definitely call them again.

If you haven't invited this team into your house you are missing out. After years of abuse to the carpet in our home, pets, shoes, 50 years of family life, our carpet was in poor shape. Kris and Julian came to the rescue. They listened to what I wanted, they took the time to explain how the whole process worked, and got straight to work. Their quote was spot on and they finished in under an hour for two rooms and a hallway. Their level of professionalism is top of the line. This is a company that will leave your house in better shape, your wallet happy, and a smile on your face.
