Amarillo Steam Team is absolutely amazing. Super responsive, highly professional and very friendly service. I cleaned out my large workshop and part of my storage and Cory was quick with service and very helpful. I was able to take care of all my waste and trash without issue. I will 100% use their service again when I clean out my other storage units, and for my future home renovation projects to take care of disposing the demolition waste. Last week the furnace in our home started making a strange noise when it kicked on. I called for a service call and the crew came out the next afternoon. They inspected the blower motor and found some wear on the belt. The technician replaced the part and ran the furnace several times to make sure the noise was gone. It’s been working fine since then and the house feels warm again. The team explained everything in simple terms. Overall pretty satisfied with the repair.

Two days ago my central air conditioner suddenly stopped cooling and the house felt stuffy by afternoon. The team came out for a repair visit around 2pm and started with an inspection of the outside unit. They explained the capacitor had failed and needed replacing. The technician talked through what he was doing which helped me understand the issue. After the repair the system started cooling again within minutes. The crew made sure everything was running smooth before leaving. They also cleaned up the work area which was nice to see. Solid service and I would use them again if needed.

I had a maintenance visit done for my heat pump last week before the weather changes. The technician arrived a little later than scheduled but he called ahead to let me know. He checked the filters, inspected the outdoor unit, and tested the thermostat. During the inspection he found a loose connection that could have caused problems later. He fixed it during the visit and ran a full system test. The house has been staying comfortable since the service. The staff were polite and explained things clearly. Overall it was a good experience.

Absolute worst company to work with do not do repairs correctly first time so that they have to come out multiple time for add on charges. Has older man that break stuff damages stuff and does not clean up his mess

I was so empresses with Tim, I think name is correct. He was so polite, explained what he was doing, took extra time, so fortunate he was the plumber sent to help my situation. Very hard worker!! Had complete trust in him!! Never questioned what he was doing. You have an excellent person that you have employed.

We were definitely treated like family. Thank you Dustin Sanders for going up and above. My husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 gallbladder cancer that has spread to his lungs and back. Dustin not only made sure to talk to my husband and get his opinion on which route to take but kept him involved on future things to look for to prevent any problems while my husband remained in his bed. It doesn't end there we have a very curious little 3yr old baby girl who he entertained by allow her to watch and even asked her questions and got her opinion. He had so much respect and true genuine kindness that we truly needed. I have truly been blessed through this some what unfortunate event that turned amazing. I called Bob Jay's because my AC wasn't working. The person who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She took the time to listen to the problem I was having, she never rushed me and took time to ask questions to fully understand the issue I was having. They came out the house the same day and the tech was able to diagnose my issue within 5 minutes of showing up and he had it fix quickly. The tech took the time to show me what the problem was without being condescending and even showed me how to check for the problem and how to fix it in the future if I wanted to! The price was very reasonable and worth every penny for the customer service experience alone, these guys are great.

Very glad they were available to respond quickly when we were in a bind. Worker was courteous with repairs and ensured everything was fixed completely. He also provided information to help prevent future clogs.

Thanks so much for getting my air back on. 1-800-plumber was out March 27th doing a maintenance check on unit and the unit was not turned back on. Thanks for turning it back on and not trying to sell me anything. Your guy was great and honest. I will definitely use your company from now on.

Call Bob Jay’s for all your heating and air needs. Their staff is very helpful and polite, and always get you scheduled as soon as they can. They care about getting you fixed up whatever your needs. Very professional. I’ve used them several times.

My husband was in the hospital, we were expecting house guests and Bob Jay got right out to help us with our leaking shower. Techs are always polite and friendly. I have been using them since 1971 and think they are THE BEST!

I'm so thankful for the kindness and professionalism of the young men that worked on my bathroom drain. They were very upfront and honest and explained everything in a way anyone could understand. They gave my renter tips on how to catch any leaks and also how to maintain the plumbing. Honestly, top notch service and I have unfortunately worked with many plumbers in the past, I think I found my go to place.

I was expecting the technician to arrive later today due to the local temperature being over 100 degrees outside. Instead he arrived soon after the initial call was made for service.
