Last week the furnace in our home started making a strange noise when it kicked on. I called for a service call and the crew came out the next afternoon. They inspected the blower motor and found some wear on the belt. The technician replaced the part and ran the furnace several times to make sure the noise was gone. It’s been working fine since then and the house feels warm again. The team explained everything in simple terms. Overall pretty satisfied with the repair.

Two days ago my central air conditioner suddenly stopped cooling and the house felt stuffy by afternoon. The team came out for a repair visit around 2pm and started with an inspection of the outside unit. They explained the capacitor had failed and needed replacing. The technician talked through what he was doing which helped me understand the issue. After the repair the system started cooling again within minutes. The crew made sure everything was running smooth before leaving. They also cleaned up the work area which was nice to see. Solid service and I would use them again if needed.

I had a maintenance visit done for my heat pump last week before the weather changes. The technician arrived a little later than scheduled but he called ahead to let me know. He checked the filters, inspected the outdoor unit, and tested the thermostat. During the inspection he found a loose connection that could have caused problems later. He fixed it during the visit and ran a full system test. The house has been staying comfortable since the service. The staff were polite and explained things clearly. Overall it was a good experience.
