Had Ncholas - our tech. come by and did a thorough check on our newly installed system that Halls heating and air put in for us. SUPER !! happy with the whole crew , very polite , knowledgeable. NICHOLAS was very polite and professional , he answered all questions we had. Will b using them from now on!

Hall's came out to service our system as part of our service plan. As always they were courteous and called ahead. Luis was our technician and made sure to thoroughly explain all the components he was looking at as well as gave us some options to help improve the performance of our system. We've used Hall's for years because they are always communicative and transparent.

Great service techs, office staff, and the owners, Jimmy and Amy are awesome. I wouldn’t use any other company in the Texas panhandle, Halls is the best! If you need heating, air conditioning, or plumbing repair, call Halls!

Denny, Elihu and Jaren are very friendly, polite and patient. Denny explains to me everything I needing to know about. They walk me through all the process of replacing the heater and ac. And the price is very reasonable. I give them 10/10. And I’m very grateful for Haley for helping me out.

I don’t ever leave reviews on any one at all but had a ac issue going on on a new house I got I called every one in town and surrounding areas without an answer finally gave up and call big name company and got a hold of halls heating and air they sent out Caleb Dickerson and let me tell you he helped me out more then I thought he would he answered every question I asked and got some good advice on other issues with house and was very patient waiting on me to get answers from previous owners

Luis did an excellent job of servicing our A/C heat pump unit. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and addressed all our concerns. Great job Luis!!

My mom called out Hall’s because her water wasn't getting hot anywhere in the house. Julian was the gentleman they sent out to look at it and he determined it needed some heating elements. I’m not sure what that means but within a half hour, we had hot water again!! Very nice and quick with his work! Definitely using them again and recommending this company!!

Caleb came in & sat down with myself & my husband on the phone on speaker & walked us through the details of our estimate & even though this investment will be one of our highest to make on our home (never previously shopped around or looked into what a new hvac system would cost), Caleb explained everything & very thoroughly & sincerely left us with peace & there was no pressure felt!
