Let me start by saying that since I found out what services you guys provide I will not be using anyone but Lonestar for my plumbing or AC needs. Leo and Patrick (plumbing) and John (AC) were very professional, courteous and responsive. They were on time, explained everything involved in each process and completed the job in a timely manner. Corey answers any questions I have, responds immediately and always has a solution for everything. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Lonestar Services many times for both my house and my mothers house and have had perfect service every time. They have always provided quality work at reasonable prices all while being very professional! I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air problems!

You guys came out and fixed something at our building, in basically a day, that we have been getting the run around on from someone else for more than a month. Y'all showed up earlier than expected, very professional, diagnosed the problem very quick, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. The experience I had with Lonestar Services was in one word “outstanding “. My daughter was fortunate enough to use their services to install a brand new AC/heating unit. The job was done when promised, as promised, how they promised, at the rate they promised. I had a custom vent extension box manufactured in house. They assisted with design and measurements and it fit perfectly. I feel the pricing was fair and saved me from buying a whole new unit. I dealt with cheerful , concerned, and helpful personnel from the initial contact over the phone to the professionals who came out to the job site to ensure the accuracy of the work. If you are looking for a company that responds in a timely manner and does great work choose them! They have came out to our house several times and always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Two of the workers Leo and Jaden were who came out each time and did the work in our home, they both worked so hard and were just really nice guys. As a stay at home mom It’s a good feeling having guys in our home that we feel we can trust and not have to worry about who we let in! 10/10 for their services!

I called Lonestar Services around 9 AM and spoke to Karen, I explained to her what was going on with my system and she said she would speak with a technician and call me back. Shortly after that she called me with an appointment time 3 PM later in the day which was prefect! At the time of the appointment, right on time, John showed up and got to work. He was extremely professional and thorough, he didn't do anything without explaining to me what and why he was doing it, if something was needing replaced he told me what it was and how much it would be. Upon completion he tested everything and it was perfect! Finally he showed me what he charged me for and nothing was hidden and all was upfront just as he was telling as he worked and completely affordable! I would recommend Lonestar over anyone else here in the Panhandle to do your heating and air for your home! Thank you again Lonestar Services!

We had a great experience with Lonstar Services. They were prompt and efficient. Leo and the technician who help him were excellent. Leo went out of his way to make sure that everything was cleaned up after replacing the hot water heater. He gave me his direct cell if there were any issues after he and his crew left.

The best. I will recommend them every single time anyone asks. Art and his crew were the best. Art will do everything he can to take care of you beyond your expectations. Our heater went out last night (12/20), and Art had a crew and equipment ready to go the next day. They installed a new heating unit, new AC unit, AND FULL duct work the very next day, all in one day. Amazing service.

Excellent service when my furnace quit on a cold Sunday night in January. I will use this company for all my preventive maintenance and emergency service. I was treated like a long time customer even though I had never contacted them before. Read on if you want to know how to treat a new customer.
I awoke Monday at 0530 to a 60° house and no furnace. I attempted to find the problem and quickly exceeded my expertise with no results. I had heard of Premier from a friend who recently built a house. Premier opens at 0700 and the phone was quickly answered. Art said, "I will have someone there this morning." At 1050, Jorge arrived and quickly diagnosed a faulty gas valve. He located the part and had the house warming up by 1245. Courteous, excellent service and they clean up after themselves. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you Premier!

When my old thermostat started acting up, I decided it was time for an upgrade. The technician arrived promptly and walked me through the installation process, making sure I understood the new system. The whole setup was completed in just under an hour, and my home is already feeling more comfortable. The expertise and attention to detail were impressive. I would definitely call them again for future HVAC needs.
