Reviews of local pros in Amarillo, Texas

AMAZING, called on a Sunday afternoon and they came out and had my AC unit fixed in no time, great communication and costumer service, I won’t be calling anyone else from now on, recommend 100%

Blake and Bob did a great job!! Great work ethic, pays attention to all the details, and makes sure everything is done right. They installed a whole new system in my 1970’s house, it wasn’t easy but they got it done.

Blake was very prompt for the appointment time and communicated the status of my heating & A/C system to great satisfaction after performing a complete check-up & routine maintenance on the system. Cost was also very reasonable. I'm very pleased with the service provided & highly recommend using Bralley Works Heating and A/C!

Probably the best quality and service of any business I have used in a long time. Prompt response, diagnosed of the problem, gave me an estimate and the air was back cooling in no time. I have used Blake for other things on my rental properties, he always goes above and beyond in the work he preforms, definitely 10 stars on all his work and professionalism. I highly recommend them for any of your needs.

We had to replace our air handler for our heat pump. Our air conditioning quit putting cool air out. Our house got in the 80+ degree inside one night. They came out the next morning and gave it a boost of freon. We ordered a new air handler and when the unit came in, they were very prompt in getting it installed for us!! They are super nice and know what they are doing! I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!!!

Fantastic! Worked quickly to identify my issues and checked the whole system. They were nice as well. I would highly recommend!

Thank you Blake for coming out and fixing my heater. You both are the best!!

Very nice and professional, fixed my heater very fast

Great service, up front, kind and reasonable prices. They worked around our schedule. We got a whole new system put in and we have had no issues so far!

My AC compressor was not working on a Saturday evening. I called Bralley Works the next day and came out Sunday afternoon to service my AC. Very personable as we both spoke about our past. He diagnosed my problem and began to clean the coils. He showed me how I can do this myself and it is very easy.

I highly recommend this heating and air contractor.

Amazing service and prices! We woke up to a cold house this morning so we googled to find a company. Bralley’s reviews were great so we called and they came right out on a Saturday with no extra charge and fixed our heater in just a few minutes!
Update for a new service call: Bralley came out and saved the day once again. They diagnosed my problem and had it fixed and running better than it ever has in an hour. I will never use anyone else. They are friendly, honest, and they have great prices.

Best customer service, quality of work, and very reasonable with prices! I would use them again no doubt!

We had our AC unit replaced this weekend and the service was outstanding! They are very professional and upfront about pricing no hidden fees! They came out same day to trouble shoot and find what the issue was gave us the game plan and came back the next morning to get our issue resolved FAST! So thankful for them getting us cold air again in this Texas heat! I highly recommend if you are looking for someone to fix your AC needs give them a call.

Bralley Works Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job repairing my AC unit. Blake was quick to address the specific issue of a loud buzzing noise in one of my exterior units. I was informed throughout the repair as to what was suspected to be happening, repairs that could be done and the price. My AC is so quiet now. Blake also cleaned out the unit and even cleaned off my driveway. The easiest part was scheduling the service call. They called me before they came and adjusted my appointment time to my schedule. Prompt and repaired. Thank you Blake!

I Highly recommend Bralley Works Heating and Air Conditioning. We were in the single digits and our heater quit working. I called and around 45 minutes later they had it up and running for a very affordable price. Definitely a 10 out 10.

Blake and his crew did an AMAZING job on the A/C at my home! He answered when i first called and had it fixed the same day! He is on my list to call with ANY heating and air problems!!

Mr. Blake is a lifesaver. He came out the same day, on a Sunday evening to diagnose my AC problems. He is very courteous, and takes the time to educate his customers. Honest, quality work at a very affordable price. Bralley Works is now my go-to for life.
