I will never EVER go with anyone else. They were super prompt, professional, fixed the problem (of course), and didn’t charge an astronomical amount. Troy and John, kudos to you both.

I called Scottco to get a camera inspection at my aunt’s house. They were able to come out early the next day. Nathan, the camera tech was very helpful and polite. He provided us with a report of what he found as well as a video on a usb thumb drive.

Among the items we had done was a much larger replacement for our anemic stove light/vent. It was quite a job but they got it done in spite of considerable the difficult circumstances and in good time and under the estimate! The guys were extremely nice folks as well. We always use Scottco!

AC quit cooling.. called Scottco to come out.. they told me I needed the whole new condenser unit.. over $2500 so I had another company come out for a second opinion.. it was just my fan motor. They went and picked up a new fan and installed it in 2 hours. AC working great again. In the 100 and up temps all this company is about is $$$ and their employees making commission so they want to charge you for the highest repair! They have the cheapest diagnostic charge in town, but wonder why? Will not ever use them again.

Best service ever!!!!! My whole house was backed up, all tubs, shower and toilets leaking out also. Only snag was that the woman at the call center didnt seem to understand that the whole house was backing up. Every drain, every toilet, and gave me such a hard time, saying it wasn't an emergency and demanded I flush a toilet and create an EVEN bigger mess to prove the whole house was plugged even after i told her it was. My whole master bathroom was flooded into the walls, already soaking under baseboards throug to other rooms and carpet 😪 and already had used 75% of the towels in my house. Anyway, once she finally agreed to send someone, Ronnie came and he was here FAST. Like 30-40 minutes. He was so kind and patient. As if it wasnt 1am, you’d think it was 1pm by how upbeat he was! He got right to work, and found out for us it was something plugged in the septic. And he felt so bad about not being able to get it fixed. By then my husband pulled up and Ronnie stayed and talked to us offered all the ideas and info he had. We just appreciate him so much!!!! And thanks to him we had the info we needed to speed up the process and get the problem fixed the NEXT day. Even on a Saturday. By noon we had everything draining! If he hadn't come we would probably still be trying to figure it out! Many thanks yall! Will definitely be calling yall in the future!!!

Steve and Cuyler came and TOOK CARE OF BUSINUESS!!!! I Showed them what I needed done with some heaters. They were done with that along with attic work, with what felt like maybe 30 mins. had me review their work when they were done. I couldn't be more thankful for such an efficient team yall have over there! WELL DONE 🙏

I highly recommend Scottco and specifically Steven. We thought we had a slab leak and had 4 different plumbers come look to diagnose our water issue. We had 2 say it was cold line issue and 2 say it was a hot water issue. With prices ranging from $2500-$8000. Steven came out took his time, used his experience and wisdom to figure it was the water line going to the fridge that was leaking. Found the leak and had it repaired in an hour. Final bill $257. I am so thankful Steven was diligent to find the problem. Otherwise we would have had all kinds of holes in our floor and/or walls. Thank you Scottco and Steven for helping solving my water problem and eliminating a lot of stress and wasteful expenses. Call Scottco they took care of me.

Nick, HVAC tech came out to conduct a the annual A/C check on my system. He was very personable, thorough, detail oriented, and experienced. He had a very positive demeanor and welcomed questions about my system. I was very impressed as he made sure my Aa/C system would be ready for the hot summer season. I'd be happy to have him back as he was one of the best HVAC tech's I've had the experience of working with. Thanks Scottco for sending Nick to my house!

Excellent Service, we had a natural gas issue and they came right out and fixed the issue. Steven and another gentleman were very professional and I will use them everytime I have an electrical or plumbing issue. Thanks Scottco!

Y'all are the best. I've had to call for very minor electrical work and Scott is the best guy. He's funny, laughs at my jokes and will answer any and all my questions. Even when I have a hard time explaining the problem, he's got it under control. He so deserves a big raise. Oh and his apprentice is great too.

I called Scottco first thing in the morning. They called me at noon letting me know it would be a little longer before they could send a tech out. The techs arrived shortly after I was told they were on the way, and they quickly took care of my issue. The techs were extremely friendly and professional. The call back from the office letting me know the techs would be later than originally planned was icing on the cake. Great customer service from start to finish. Will definitely use again.

I wanted to warn others regarding my recent experience with Scottco. I must say that I was quite disappointed with the situation that unfolded. As a proud Texan who has served and worn my uniform proudly, I value honesty and fairness above all else.

When I booked their services, I had no idea that they were over an hour away. When we did a google search for Hereford this company showed up as if they were local. We had a overpowering sewer stench in the building only that added to our sense of urgency. In my desperation to take care of my employees, I unknowingly booked Scottco while my wife had already booked another company. As a small company with only two employees, the $420 trip charge was quite devastating for us.

I believe in compensating others for their time and would never want to take advantage of anyone. I understand that mistakes happen, and I am willing to pay a fair amount for the services rendered. However, I was taken aback when I was told that the original charge was almost $600 as if I needed to be happy with the current. I believe in dealing with companies that operate with integrity and put their heart into their operations.

I own up to my mistake and am willing to pay what is fair. I always strive to take care of my fellow man and would never want to feel like I'm taking advantage of someone's error. I believe in fair and honest dealings.

Sales rep and installation guys were always polite and respectful. Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Conversations were always appropriate.

The techs were both very knowledgeable, respectful, and gave extremely outstanding customer service. They answered all of the questions without hesitation and honestly. It was a real pleasure to have them replace and install our hot water heater. I would highly recommend Scottco .

Only complaint is that I wish dispatch had communicated a better ETA. Initially it was 11am or early afternoon. We didn’t know they would come so late. Tony arrived around 7pm.

Just glad it was an easy fix and they had the part with them.

Clogged drain on Sunday - called at 7:30 Monday, and they were at the house by 10:30 and I was back in laundry business by 11:30. The guys are always very nice!

We had a pinhole leak and Steve did an excellent job of solving the problem. Quick, clean and a great solution to our issue. Thank you Steve and Scottco for your excellent service!

Scottco is always prompt, friendly, and thorough. They clean up after themselves if they make a mess too! We have been club members for the last 10 years.

Scottco never ceases to provide good service. I had some updating to my kitchen that required the services of a plumber and an electrician. Scottco worked with me and adjusted service times as changes arose during this process. The entire team is courteous and professional. I highly recommend Scottco!
