This company claimed to install my air conditioning despite the power to unit not connected. They never disclosed that the line would have to be re camped and reconnected later. This customer was our 600 dollars and the company was rude and unapologetic and unresponsive. Sad they don’t stand behind their work

My family woke up to a FREEZING house! I called this company because a friend had used them. I was terrified it would be a costly repair since I hadn't even looked inside the furnace closet since I moved in 4 years ago. They were here in a couple hours and had it repaired quickly. I am very pleased with the repairmen. Polite, clean and didn't even come close to breaking the bank! My kids will come home from school to house with heat. Thanks guys. Tammy

Called when our AC wasn't functioning properly and they were able to squeeze me in that very same day. I know that won't always be the case, but it was awesome to have quick, QUALITY, affordable service. Highly recommend!

J.T. and his employee Anthony were very friendly and complete professionals. Anthony called prior to arrival to give me enough time to get there. We arrived at the same time so there was no waiting. Anthony listened to all of our issues and got to work immediately. Anthony allowed me to watch the process and walked me through and explained every step to educate me and to insure that they were going to address everything and not bill us for unnecessary parts. Anthony fixed the problem quickly and then proceeded to check all the readings to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend this company over and over. Very prompt and respectful owner and employees. Can't do better then this company.

I had tried different HVAC companies years ago until we used JC Heating & Cooling. They are very knowledgeable about the business and honest. I recommended them when my parents had trouble with their unit and they too have never used anyone else since!!!

Justin and his crew went over and above to make sure my new HVAC unit was installed correctly and running properly. They spent many hours crawling thru the attic and the new addition to get the duct work exactly right. And, if I had questions, they came to me and answered them. They also gave me brand new filters when the entire project was complete. I appreciate them so much and will recommend them to others-- all the time.

We have used JC for several years now and they are absolutely fabulous!!When they enter our home they are very professional and at the same time I feel like a "friend" has come to visit. They are very personable and professional at the same time, it's amazing. There has been multiple times they could have taken advantage of us but they don't (wont) do it. I have had many, many bad experiences with HVAC companies (in Lubbock) and I thought I would never trust a HVAC technician again but they have regained my faith in their profession, human kindness, common courtesy as well as honesty. This may sound odd but I am already looking forward to them coming again next year just because they are simply 100% pleasant and respectful, which is in very short supply any more.

Amazing customer service with phenomenal quality! They truly care about the customer! We had an emergency that our home warranty service put off weeks down the line. Called JC after hours and, with the impending freezing weather, they rearranged their schedule next day to make sure we had heat before the storm. The detail in their work and customer care is unbeatable!

We use this company as part of a contract between them and the company we bought our house from. Any time we've had an issue (with the system supplied by the house manufacturer) JC has given us prompt service, been understanding, and truly completed the work. Always friendly and helpful.

My technicians, Justin and Anthony, were the model of professionalism: courteous, and extremely talented and the office staff was incredibly helpful. They identified the issue fast, replaced my condenser expertly, and took the time to address all of my inquiries. It's a business that genuinely values its clients and stands behind its work. I'll be sure to use them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future.

I needed a Furnace Limit Switch. They helped me purchase the correct one, and they were all very courteous. My furnace is up and running again.

Daniel’s Heating and Air saved my life this summer! Our air conditioning stopped working on one of hottest days this summer in Amarillo. Karen answered when I called and was so helpful, kind, and responsive. She sent a team out to help us quickly. Their prices are fair and ever since they fixed it, it has been running great! Can’t thank Daniel’s team and Karen enough!

I had arranged for a mini-splitter unit to be placed through Home Depot who referred me to Snow Bear to install the AC. The install was set for tomorrow and they told me I needed an electrician so they sent one over to look. I paid him 1/2 down and then in contract it says I hired the electrician who has an expired license. Snow bear employee Karen said it was my choice and the contract is what it is. Now, they have taken me off the schedule and I have to start from scratch. I have never dealt with such a shady company.
Buyer Beware!!! They charged my friend 1100.00 for three pounds of Freon that never cooled her house. She has used this company for years and years and she too has moved forward to Licensed professional work using a reliable company as I am doing.

Aaron did an awesome job getting our system back up and running. Very professional and answered all my questions. Got setup for ongoing maintenance and didn't charge me an arm and a leg even for coming out on a weekend. I would highly recommend Daniel's heating and air.

These guys are awesome! Called Daniel’s heating and air to schedule an appointment to have my AC unit looked at because it wasn’t cooling and within an hour Andy and Dan showed up to diagnose the problem. These guys are very knowledgeable and willing to explain and show you the problem. They also explained my options to fix the problem and let me decide on the option that I preferred. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone having heating and air problems.

Being new to the Amarillo area we had no idea who to call when our heat stopped working. Snow Bear was the first and only place we needed to call! Customer service was amazing, they were able to come out the same day and fixed everything very fast! The next day we got a call asking how our experience was and immediately signed up for their annual maintenance plan. Each technician we met was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly!
