This business appears to be a scam. I was referred to them by home depot. Someone claiming to be "Karen with the heating and air conditioning department" sent me a text, saying that they tried calling, however I had no calls from them. I went to home depot and they said they don't have anyone by that name. When I questioned the person texting me she said I could call, and gave me a different number than what home depot gave me, and different from the number she was texting from. I went to the address listed on Google and Snowbear's website. It is a business park, but I could not locate their business and they are not listed on the directory. If this is a "legitimate" business, they sure don't act like one. They have all the signs of a fly by night scam business. I would not allow them in my home and I am now worried that they have my name, address and credit card information. I would not use them under any circumstances.

Justin was able to quickly diagnose my problem and make recommendations for a new thermostat. I was very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend Amarillo Air Conditioning!!

Great customer service! Had to call after hours for a technician and from the dispatcher to the field tech, they were professional and timely. Trey discovered the issue in no time and had me up and running on my A/C unit. Highly recommend Amarillo Air Condition LLC.

Trey is a fantastic, responsive, service tech. He explained everything in a clear, concise, and thoughtful way. He did exactly what was needed to rectify our situation.

He serviced our AC unit last time when I was at work and he made my wife very comfortable and happy With his service, and he came when I was home this time and I am just as impressed. Their office/dispatcher was very friendly and concise as this was such an easy experience.

The most friendly people you will talk to! Pam thank you! You got a technician out asap on a Saturday! Trey was so knowledgeable and took care of us! We had to have a new unit and he walked us thru the process. Justin and another technician (which I didn't get his name) came out to install the unit. Great bunch of guys!!! They make you feel like your family! They so polite and when they were done, Justin showed us everything that was done and went over everything! I would give this company 10 🌟 Thank you Amarillo Air!!!!

I cannot explain the professionalism and courtesy these gentleman had for us and our situation!! Justin and his apprentice were phenomenal. I, personally, will request them any chance I get. Amarillo Air Conditioning is going to be my go-to for any need I might have in the future. I cannot recommend them enough, they explained everything that was needed, how things worked, the cost, and what was going on with our system very efficiently. They also came after hours, in which if you live in the Texas Panhandle you know how important that can be, especially if you have little ones!!

Woke up on this cold morning to our heater not working. Called and they had someone out within the hour and we were up and running quick! Trey was very friendly and professional, will definitely keep their number on hand! Thank you!!!

Trey came to my house and I thought I was going to have to buy a new air conditioner. He is so knowledgeable and found I only needed some wiring and a fuse replaced. He fixed everything and told me step by step what he was going to do and it was so nice not having to buy a new air conditioner at this time. Pam is the one I spoke with over the phone to set all this up and she is great. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this company when and if I ever do need an air conditioner. Thank you all so much!!!!

Efficient, friendly, respectful and thorough! Pam was very helpful and made sure to communicate to when a tech was coming and when he was at our home. They also sent a picture of who is coming! That made my husband feel so much better about having someone in our home. Justin came in and was very approachable and quick. He explained the issue well and gave clear options for the fix along with financing options. We ended up having to have a new unit so Justin walked us through the steps for financing and was very patient with us in our slightly distressed state. Justin and Nate showed up bright and early the next day and worked tirelessly for probably over 9 hours to make sure we had a comfortable house to sleep in that same night. Not only did they work hard to get our unit in but they made sure our dog (Merlin) went outside to potty. Merlin is a great judge of character and he LOVED Justin and Nate and that’s enough for me! He was even able to nap in his chair while they were working! That lets me know that they are trustworthy, because that little terrier mutt doesn’t let just anyone mess in his house 😂. They didn’t even bat an eye at the chicken poop that may be lurking in our back yard. Before they left they made sure everything was cleaned up so the house looked even better than when they got there. All 3 of us slept comfortably last night in our cool home.

I would highly recommend Amarillo Air Conditioning LLC. Justin was our technician and he identified a major issue with our HVAC system that other companies in town failed to notice. He was back the next day to fix the issue. We really appreciated his attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and how quickly they were able to work us into the schedule to complete the project.

Trey was wonderful, changed part on my A/C and now I am cool again. Same day service, I am so thankful. God bless you all.

I was impressed with Amarillo Air from the very beginning. Pam, the phone operator was incredibly sweet and polite. The technician, Trey, was very professional and provided us with a thorough explanation of the problem with our mini split. He provided us with options for the repair without any pressure. Had the work completed in the same day I called and for a reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again.
