Trent has been great all three times we have called. We were selling a house and he cleaned and added refrigerant to that system. We then made an offer on a house and he came out during inspection period and identified several issues. His report helped us in negotiations with sellers. He then made repairs after we closed. He is professional, knowledgeable, communicates well, clearly loves his job and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

We had a condenser unit replaced in Aug of 2019. at the time Daniel’s heating and air who changed names to snow bear. The unit is out and was not registered. My paperwork says 10 year parts warranty. I was informed today by snow bear it’s up to the home owner to file with the Manuel and warranty paperwork I was given. I was never given any manual. So fast forward to today. It’s up to us to replace a unit that should still be under warranty. So beware if you do business with snow bear. As long as they got their money it’s all good. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company.

Thank you Snow Bear for answering my call after 10 pm on a Saturday and getting a technician out here early the next morning on a Sunday, especially during July when temps are getting near 100 during the day . You really saved us from having to suffer through another hot night. The technician, Hector, was awesome and quickly figured out the problem (a capacitor went out). He had the correct replacement on hand and switched it out quickly. He also waited to make sure the air temp coming out of the vent was good and checked for any other problems while he was here. I really appreciate this company and its workers for working after normal business hours to help me and my family out. Problems don't wait until Monday through Friday to happen, and I'm really glad we have comapnies in Amarillo that we can rely on during emergencies on the weekend. I did have to pay extra for after hours rate, but I think the price was fair and reasonable. It sure beats roasting in the July heat for another day and night.

If Daniel keeps technicians like Aaron M. and Davian G. on his team, we will be lifelong customers! We bought an older home (1937) in Wolflin 1 1/2 years ago. The home is so large that it had 3 heating and cooling systems who have seen better days for sure. We have used Daniel's Heating & Air for 2 system replacements thus far and couldn't be more pleased!

Aaron and Davian were involved in both installs and, quite honestly, they are perhaps the most respectful and pleasant young men we have ever encountered on service calls. Their work was exceptional as well. They kept us informed every step of the way throughout removal of the old systems and installation of the new ones. If there were any delays or hiccups, they communicated that as well as what the plan would be.

I'm secretly hoping the last system dies soon as we will definitely have Daniel's Heating & Air do the work again. AND... I'm requesting Aaron and Davian by name to come back out. Great guys... you won't be disappointed!

The tech Snow Bear, aka Daniel's Heating & Air sent, Hector Castillo, was a nice enough and respectful guy, I give him a five star rating. Hector got our A/C up and running again in about four hours. However, prepare to pay an exorbitant fee. Two pounds of Freon and a new condenser motor ended up costing us $1,270 including a $95 service call. I can buy the same motor, same brand, same model number for $89 off the web. Even though the services were performed on a Saturday, a 600% + markup is way too much. I understand companies need to make a profit but the markup was way out of line. Even if we have to wait until Monday next time, it will be well worth the wait. I will not be doing business with Snow Bear or Daniel's Heating and Air ever again and suggest going to another HVAC company rather dealing with these guys.

I have used their, service for years. They have installed HVAC in my home and several rental properties.Very knowledgeable and professional. Always capable of solving any issues during repairs or installation.

Our heating system stopped working when we really needed it. They were there when we called and diagnosed and fixed the problem and got us back working just in time for the cold weather.

Thanks to Snow Bear, our high school was gifted a new 24k ac unit. It has been six months, and the ac works superbly. The office staff is truly grateful for this generous donation. With gratitude from BBHS.

Very unprofessional and treated poorly by this 3rd party company to Home Depot. I had gone to Home Depot on a Sunday and was introduced to a service Home Depot uses to help get your water heater installed. This company reached out on Monday asking for a picture of my current water heater (no other details but they just need a picture). Well I work 12 hour shifts so I sent a picture as soon as I could once I got home. They text me on a Tuesday saying I didn’t get everything they needed in the pic (mind you they just said send a pic of the water heater with no details of what they need). They then need to send someone over to see it, again I work 12 hour shifts. I can be home by 8 pm which wasn’t good enough for them but the installer agreed to come at 8, which I was appreciative of. The installer comes and takes measurements and said he could do the install the next day around noon. I have to work night shift and need to sleep but agree b/c I just need it done. I get a text from the office saying I need to pay upfront (why is this the first they mentioned this)? I am uncomfortable doing that and say so as I’ve been screwed over before. I also mention I want the job done right which upset them but I have every right to say as the customer. I then pay the $725 for the install and they cancel on me and tell me to find someone else to do the job. So now I have to wait 3-6 business days to get my money back and start all over just because the office staff’s ego. I am a single income parent working the equivalent of 2 jobs, I don’t have time for this nonsense. Very unprofessional and do not recommend this company. The installer was extremely nice but the office staff are not.

My ac quit working and my family was complaining. I reached out to Snow Bear Heat and Air. Daniel arrived quickly. He was super efficient. Dianosed the issue and had the part that went bad, in his truck. He replaced it . The AC was back on in no time. Want to thank you Daniel. Best AC service I have ever experienced. Efficient, friendly, and honest.

Simon, with Snow Bear, came yesterday to install our new toilet we purchased from Home Depot. He did an excellent job. He even texted this morning to make sure everything was okay and said to let him know if there was any problems. He is very respectful and considerate. I would recommend him anytime.
