Had winter checkup yesterday and Jeat Pump lost communication with air handler in Attic. Tech came today - couldn’t get it working until Monday when new circuit board is order. No operations all weekend.

North Point is the only call you need to make for your A/C and heating needs! I have used them multiple times and they are always quick to respond and get my system back up and running. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Braden was on time and listened patiently to my litany of complaints about the last three months of air conditioning problems. I showed him the photo of the error code on my thermostat when the AC was turning itself off. I reviewed with him the results of the other AC people who had been out to look at my unit, which is only six years old. He Then went outside looked at the unit, took the top off and told me that it was very dirty inside even though I had paid $455 on Saturday to the other rep to clean it.
After running diagnostics and cleaning the AC unit, he told me he thought it was sensor or a valve issue and he was going to go back to the office and order a part and he would return once the part was here. He also stated that the part should be under warranty. Better than the other company who were trying to sell me a new condenser/coil, or a new unit.
