Northpoint was incredible! I called at 4pm New Year’s Eve, they had a tech at my house at 4:30. They were professional, quick, and had me up and running in 45 minutes. They are my “go to” company for any HVAC work!

From the first phone call, this was a great experience. Jessica was very kind and professional. I made numerous calls and she was great each time. The service guy was very helpful. It turned out that unit wasn’t cooling because of an error on my part. He still took the time to check it over and make sure it was in good working order. I will definitely be calling them with all my AC needs.

Robert outdid himself! Everything went perfectly , including a new Nest thermometer and ceiling filters that I couldn’t get to. This company does what they say they are going to do and in a timely manner. We have used them for years and never been disappointed.

North Point has been good to us. I will say, their technician Jose M., is absolutely phenomenal. He is kind, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Keep him. Promote him, and make every technician treat their customers like he does. Jose is the reason I will stick with North Point.
