I called Davis Air Conditioning and Heating on a Saturday morning and a tech was at my house within 30 minutes. Rudy was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem and thoroughly explained what was wrong. He was back a couple of days later with the necessary part, and got our a/c back up and running. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The Davis A/C maintenance technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the maintenance thoroughly. My system is running smoother and cooler now. I appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommend for reliable HVAC service.

Davis put in our heating and cooling system when we built in 2004. We have used this company ever since we moved in. We have a maintenance contract for twice a year service. We feel the service and technicians are knowledgeable. Each person sent by the company has been considerate of our floors by wearing shoe coverings. Communication with the company is easy. All employees have always been considerate.

We will be replacing our existing system with a new system from Davis. We have had this system for 18 years and if not for Davis it definitely would not have lasted that long. The original system was from Davis also. The young man that is taking care of us while purchasing this new system is Jaylin Cruz. He has been the most supportive, understanding, helpful individual that I have dealt with in a long time. I am so thankful he was the person that came out and fixed a problem with the system and then sat and spent time with us to explain all about the options with replacing this system. By the way the system works but it is just time for a new, more efficient system. I would not go with anyone but Davis which I have enjoyed for over 18 years.

The tech James is awesome! Super professional and knowledgeable. Helped me understand important aspects i can't believe I had no idea about. He has single handedly changed me view of Davis from poor to very positive.

I’ve used this company since I bought my house 15 years ago. They installed the air conditioner in my house. Great service, qualified staff and you can trust them. I had to replace my unit and they gave me a good deal and the installation was quality work. I highly recommend this company for new and annual maintenance. I’m sure that’s why my unit lasted so long was their annual maintenance.

Davis AC & Heating Co. provided a superb assist! ~ Every team member, across the board, was friendly, professional, and efficient! Gorka, the technician, worked with integrity and pointed out the leak in our evaporator coil. Our salesperson, Mr. Bowman, got us on schedule for a timely replacement and sent a floor cooling system to keep us comfortable during the extreme summer heat at no extra charge! The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently, demonstrating excellent teamwork to complete the job. Last but not least, the office support was friendly, professional, and invaluable throughout the entire process — thank you, Carla, and the whole team.

This is the BEST company. They are like family. Always on time, excellent service, courteous and polite. They must treat their employees great because they don't have the turnovers that others do. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Frank at Davis! From the moment he arrived to fix my air conditioning unit, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue in simple terms, worked efficiently, and had everything up and running in no time.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work—he didn’t just do a quick fix, he made sure everything was running optimally before he left. On top of that, he was respectful of my home and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

We’ve been using Davis AC for almost two years now and are marvelled at not just the quality of service and expertise, but the pleasantry of their representatives. The first gentleman that worked on our AC unit over a year and a half ago was so spectacular, I asked if we could specifically work with him going forward. While he agreed, he also assured us that everyone else (all of his coworkers) shared in the same enthusiasm and professionalism. About 3-4 regularly scheduled services later, I’m truly convinced that he was right. Every person that has come to service our unit, as well as those on the phone calls (office staff), has demonstrated that we made the right decision. I can say this in 100% confidence, I only we wish we knew about Davis AC years and years ago. Thanks to everything you do, Davis AC- we are “lifers”! 😃

Purchasing a newly built home, sometimes we are unaware of how our home systems properly work, even with the instruction manuel in hand. Ours was the HVAC gas heating furnace up in the attic. The air was not pushing out heat on this cold Texas morning, but with a simple call to Davis AC & Heating, we quickly resolved the issue. Thank you Lissa for your help.

These guys were courteous, professional, and honest. That is something I have never seen in an AC company! I have used them twice now and have purchased a service contract. I'm a customer for life now.

Scheduled an appointment and even contacted them the day of to ensure that they would be there. They indicated they would be there between 4:00 - 4:30. They never showed up or even called to advise they were running late or would need to reschedule. Totally unacceptable, however they are just like all these other companies who no longer care about the customer.

These guys are first rate! Called because my unit wasn't cooling properly hoping to get an appointment within a day or two. Instead they were able to come by later the same day and get my unit cooling like it should be! Thanks!

Honest,professional, and friendly! Will always be the first people I call to install or service ac/heat unit. Called in the morning with no ac and had ac before lunch. Thanks to the two technicians who repaired and serviced our ac.

First of all, when I called, someone answered the phone; I didn't get a voice mail. It was late already and I was just looking to get on the list for the next day if possible. They insisted on coming out even though it was after hours. Armando came out and diagnosed the problem. He got the unit to run through the night and then came back the next day with the needed part to make the permanent repair. Armando showed me what was wrong with the part he replaced. He was a very nice, polite and professional technician.
