We were having issues with the laundry room sink and kitchen sink. The other day the laundry room sink overflowed out to the garage. On the Level Plumbing came out and fixed it and were able to unclog the line. They were able to get things that out that another competitor I had been using never could. I don’t expect there will be any further issues. Great service and reasonable rate for service. It was well worth it! Thank You!

Great experience, Josh was right on time, very knowledgeable, found and repaired leak quickly. Josh is very cordial, pleasant to work with, very honest, and very reasonable ( both him and his wife know their job, and it was a great experience working with both of them ) I highly recommend this company, and they will be my go to plumbers from now on.

just had them come to my house last week. they dealt with my daughter in law, but they were in and out quickly unclogged a toilet. a toddler had stuck a roll of toilet paper in it.

Josh answered our call for help at 8:00am and had the problem addressed and fixed by 10:30am. Could not have had any better service from him and his team, and both are genuine, knowledgable, down to Earth guys that take their work seriously. They did their due diligence to ensure they left our home with all of our problems addressed, along with education to help with preventative maintenance. Will use them again (hopefully not too soon!) and will be recommending them to everyone I can!!!

The quick service was incredible. Coming out with us home and sending us the invoice was extraordinary convenient and trusting (THANK YOU). Communication was great. I really liked how I could text right off of Google and the response was immediate. Not being plumbers, (obviously) the pipe looks great and our water turns on with no leaks.

It's a family run business. They are honest. I reloaded from Philadelphia where we're have basements and different infrastructure so the infrastructure in Brazzoria County was different. The gentleman came and gave me a honest estimate. I knew I could trust him and he completed the work in a timely manner.

Hello. Strong wind's popped up in Danbury, TX on 10/28/21. The wind's blew over a new heavy duty trash can which snapped off this old water line hooked up to the water hose. It was close to 5PM. Luckily it must of happened about ten minutes before we drove up. Water pouring down the driveway. I was able to get a wrench on the broken/old shut off valve. Called "On The Level Plumbing" in Angleton,TX. Rachel handles there scheduling and promptly got the owner over here to fix the leak within the hour. Now there's no run's, no drip's, no error's. Rachel could not allow us to have no water over night. Thank's Rachel. Yall are great. Definitely will use again when we do our house re-pipe.

Rachel was very helpful and got someone out right away after I called. They showed up quickly fixed a broken pipe the same day and we were very polite and professional throughout the whole process. Great service and great people—Highly recommend!

He did a great job. The faucet didn't have all the parts and he had come back the next day. He didn't charge another call out. He also fixed something that I didn't initially ask him about.

I cannot recommend this service, as it would result in an estimated cost of $15,000 and a lack of communication thereafter. My laundry room pipe experienced a backflow issue, and I was informed that repairs were necessary, which would involve some excavation to access the leaking site. I received a quote of approximately $15,000 for these repairs. After careful consideration, I attempted to contact them to proceed with the resolution, but I never received a return call, only excuses that someone would get back to me. My boyfriend and I ultimately had to engage another company, who determined that only a cleanse was needed, not extensive repairs.

Came out the same day and immediately fixed our issue. No headache, no waiting and their customer service is phenomenal. I love that it’s family owned and operated too. Rachel was amazing when setting everything up on the phone and Joshua was so kind when helping us in person. They were fast, affordable and professional while also fostering a genuine relationship with their clients. 10/10 would recommend and they will be my plumbers from now on.

If you are looking for any leak detection services DO NOT GO HERE. They do not have the proper equipment and will CHARGE you for it. Lack of clear communication and pricing, insufficient equipment, and poor results.We were extremely disappointed with On the Level Plumbing and Backflow services. I called them to help with a leak detection issue, their initial service call was $156, and the plumber said they would need to dig to find the leak. I spoke with the customer service rep and we set a cap on 2 hours to see if they could find the leak. $550 later, they could not find the leak and recommended an alternative solution to reroute the water line temporarily. I told them to make the temporary repair. Rather than making the repair, they sent our 2 people to keep digging the next day and ran up the bill another $800 WITHOUT calling or warning me. After day 2, there was still no solution and I was unaware that I had a $1500 running tab with NO repair, NO leak detected, nothing. Overall, this company charged $2,000, never found the leak, never communicated the scope of work or charges until the final invoice hit my email and then wanted to authorize additional undefined number of hours to keep looking for the leak. Please see pics for the value I got out of $2000 of plumbing work. I am sure they would be fine doing a toilet repair or simple drain unclogging, but for more involved pluming work, learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

10/8 Update: I was able to get another company out who dug the trend and replaced the pipe in HALF the time on the level charged me to barely dig around and not identify the leak.
