Was told $125 call out charge. If it was going to be more than that I would be informed before the work was done, because it would be warranty work for my home. Ended up charging me $150 call out, plus hour drive time. From angleton to Clute. They was here for an hour at most. Cost me $350 to disconnect a neutral wire for an hours worth of work. (Took them a bit to find the problem) They never called me back. So if you want to pay $350 an hour for residential electrical work this is your place. Keep in mind same company was here a year before and only charged me the $125 call out charge for an hour of work.

We have a older house with mostly old and very outdated wiring. We decided to do some upgrades to our lighting that has been well overdue. So we called Ben and discussed what we were looking for and Ben came out right away to get a look at our house. He made some awesome suggestions of what could be done and we went with it.  They were able to start right away, which I was a little leary of because we had company coming into town and I was worried about having a mess, however, it was planned out so well that there was nothing out of place by the time company arrived. Of course with it being an old house there were a few obstacles to get around but that didn't slow the process. They were able to get right on it and solve the hidden issues and still complete the entire project on time.  The quality of his work is beyond outstanding and I can't express enough how ecstatic I am with how it all turned out. I will definitely hire Ben again for any future need and highly suggest him to anyone else.

We used Ben and his team to install a whole-home generator. They were great to work with. Reasonably priced, showed up when they said they would, and went above what their actual role was (Ben basically coordinated the whole project even though he was really only responsible for the electrical part). Highly recommend!

I had them install a new breaker box for me a little over a year ago and I've been having issues with flickering lights since. I decided to call to have them come out and check what's going on and they told me it was the electric company, which is fine, but after 15min and no actual work done they expected 150$ when I wasn't told there would be any charge in the first place. If they had told me there was a charge in the first place, I honestly would have found someone else with a more reasonable fee for coming out to say "not my problem".

I called the electric company and they said it wasn't anything they could fix, so I have no idea whose fault it is really but I guess we're just going to live with it.

I had the most incredibly satisfying experience with Benjamin Electric LLC. They were tasked with completely moving and rebuilding the electric service in the 1979 aged home that I recently bought. The work was complicated and time consuming. Ben and his team did an excellent job of getting it done right and as quickly as possible. Ben's guys obviously like working for him and it shows in their great attitude. I would highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

Jason came today for a semi emergency and was incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable and even explained how the problem started. Totally fair with the price and no price GOUGING that you get from so many professional services an average person just can't do. If there were more than 5 Stars available we would give it, well deserved.

Ben and his crew did an excellent job of getting me a new meter pole up and running after the hurricane. Everything was done quickly and on time under a very extreme timeline. Will definitely use him again!

I hired this contractor to do what he called a simple job...a generator power inlet box. I asked the owner to do the work himself and even paid more than what others quoted for quality work. I was assured by his support staff that his helpers were qualified. What was supposed to be a simple job turned into the job from hell. Safety was neglected, parts didn't fit, fuses were blown, and appliances were ruined due to shoddy work and neglect. The owner had to intervene several times to fix the problems. I paid for a permit to be pulled and even that was a problem due to an invalid company credit card. Even after all of this, I saved the owner money by having ruined appliances fixed through my home warranty. I saved him hundreds of dollars by offering to do this. No appreciation at all. I asked the company on (3) occasion to come by afterwards and check their work (completely at their convenience) prior to the hurricane season to feel comfortable it was still working properly. This would have been a 15 minute visit at best. Support staff said the owner (Ben) would be in contact. He has yet to return my call. If I treated a customer like this, I'd be embarrassed.

Needed electrical work done on my mother’s house and we called them after seeing positive reviews. I’m so glad we did. Ben came out and gave estimates, answered any questions I had and was all around helpful the whole step of the way. Misty in the office was great in getting things sent over, relaying information, and scheduling us. His team of electricians are great, hard working guys that can see a problem and efficiently solve it. Everyone was professional in the best ways. All around a great, dependable, honest business. You can tell Ben runs his company with integrity. We will be calling them back for future projects. You want a solid electrician company? This is it.

Needed some work on piping for my water heater. Replaced pipe and a broken shutoff valve. Quality work and fair price. Will use again when needed.

Came out at the end of the day, it was getting late so I appreciate he squeezed me in and didn’t reschedule for the next day. Nice guy and got the work done quickly!

On the Level Plumbing is the best to hire. Fair prices, very professional and guarantee their work.

After calling every plumber in Brazoria County claiming to be 24/7, on the level came to the rescue. Would use again. Roto rooter had me waiting 6 hrs just to tell me they don't work Sunday. 30 minutes after I called On the level my plumber was here and made short work if my issue. I have an old house that needed a gray water flush line installed. Tree roots were blocking the line and they did the install in little time and work was impeccable. Highly recommend them for any work needed.
