Reviews of local pros in Angleton, Texas

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I’ve read the reviews and I guess I didn’t get the same person everyone else did on the phone because the guy I talked to was very rude and refused to service my lawn all because I did want to be a long term subscriber to his services.

In his own word “ We have 5 star reviews, if this is just a one time thing I’m sorry but we can’t come do your lawn” and he went on to say that there is no way you can mess up a lawn so a subscription to his services was required.

First ,off let’s analyze this. I have seen MANY lawn services mess up someone’s lawn so YES you can mess up a lawn.

Second, I’m new to your company and of course I’m going to want to try your services out before I subscribe to a recurring service, that’s a common thing.

Third, your attitude isn’t necessary. Is that’s the way, you treat customers,People that actually hire you for your service?

Fourth and finally, I’m in the marketing business as my main profession and your approach to new business needs some serious tuning. Maybe I should mentor you on your approach to not only customer relations but how to speak to people a little better.

Anyways hope this helps. I won’t be a returning customer for this business. Have a great day.

Update: The picture above is a text message from him trying to guilt trip me into removing this post and demanding that I take it down. He is also trying to call me constantly. Sorry dude, I only talk to people that subscribe👍🏼

Alpha Landscaping transformed my front yard that was abandoned (from the previous owner) into a very beautiful setting with an array of plants and flowers which they developed the sequence on their own . We had back yard leveling and sod work down which was very efficient work and took care of standing water issue quickly. I would recommend this company out of any other in the Houston area.

Will definitely use again!
Fast and friendly response when called for an estimate. Had the estimate the same day. When I called to schedule, they were here within 3 days and finished faster than I imagined.

Alpha Landscape is an extremely professional company. They responded quickly, had agreeable payment terms, and ran a safe and clean project. Rolando was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend their services!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Reyes. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and did excellent work in a timely manner. His prices was very reasonable and he followed up after the job was complete to make sure everything was as expected. I definitely recommend Alpha Lawn & Landscape, Mr. Rolando Reyes.

Asked for landscaping that was easy to maintain and water tolerable. Rolando was very patient and sent a list of plants for me to select . His crew was hard-working and professional. The outcome was exactly what I asked for and made an area in which I could enjoy. I will definitely use their services again.

True professionals! They listened to our wants and concerns and were able to design some landscaping that is just what we need! We would definitely use them again.

Professional and does a great job on trees. On time and good with communication.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
THEY DON’T WANT YOUR BUSINESS.
reached out to inquire about their services for business property, but the representative would not confirm whether they handle commercial properties. Was told I was a fake and they didn’t want or need the business.

UPDATE:
After posting my initial review, I received a call from an unidentified representative after 6 PM, during dinner time. Unfortunately, they did not consider whether it was a convenient time for me to talk, and immediately launched into a conversation with an aggressive tone, demanding I listen. This interaction only reinforced my previous experience with their unprofessional behavior.

It’s clear that their attempt to rectify the situation was not driven by a genuine desire to improve, but rather to mitigate the public impact of my honest feedback. Their focus seems to be on damage control rather than addressing the core issues that prompted my review.

Roland was very professional. My project was a short notice and he took care of me within a week. He also gave me deer safe plants in the landscape after my yard has been tortured by deer. My landscape has never been this beautiful. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Rolando and his crew. They planted a dozen trees in my backyard, very professional and efficient and better pricing than local competitors. Look forward to working with them in the future

Very professional and thorough. Will always call with updates, time changes, etc. patient with HOA
Very happy with Rolando’s service. Mine was a small job and he treated me like I was doing a huge one. A reliable contractor is with their weight and gold and Alpha is RELIABLE.

The team did a fantastic job of mowing a very overgrown yard and edged beautifully. We are grateful for the professional estimate and the very fast turnaround. I highly recommend this company for your yard maintenance needs.

He did a great job leveling the front yard with sand and laying out three pallets of grass. Very professional and left things very clean!

Highly recommend Alpha for your landscaping needs. They are very prompt and got our flowerbeds looking picture perfect!

I contacted Rolando Reyes, owner of Alpha Landscaping, for an estimate to landscape my front yard.
He immediately came to my house and we discussed what I wanted and what he recommended. His crew prepared the yard and Roland brought the plants. They were laid out for my approval. His crew did a great job. Rolando and his crew were kind, respectful, and professional throughout the project.
I will continue to use Alpha Landscaping when it is time to landscape my backyard. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done by a professional crew.

They did great! They stood up and trimmed an over grown orange tree, cleaned up my flower bed, and trimmed and cleaned up the palm trees. It took them no time at all! Definitely recommend and will call again. Thank you!

Rolando and his team did a fantastic job cleaning up all of my gardens. They pulled weeds, trimmed, planted, blew the entire area clean and then carried away all of the debris!

Rolando also gave me great advice on an area of garden that I could never get things to grow in and then took care of getting the plants and planting them. He even followed up with me the next day with care instructions.

I would highly recommend Alpha Lawn and Landscape for any of your yard and garden needs. They were very professional, kind, positive attitudes and great work ethic.

Thank you guys!!! I'll be calling y'all again!

The alpha landscape company created a beautiful yard for us. Rolanda had some good ideas while still listening to my concerns. He brought in several types of plants for approval and patiently waited for me to decide which ones I liked. His crew is hardworking and very courteous. I highly recommend this company!

I called them this morning to get some sod to plant in my back yard and he sold the exact amount that I needed to complete the job and a VERY good price, will be using them again in the future

Unfortunately I let my yard get away from me. However Alpha lawn & landscaping got it back to perfect. Not only was it a great deal, but they got it done within a day of calling them! Definitely recommend them for great and reliable yard services!
