Rick is awesome! He spent two very long days (a weekend, no less) completing my home-wide Ethernet with access points, and installing two TVs (one with a recessed flush mount that required electrical work), an AV panel, and POE Ring doorbell. There were surprises behind the walls at every turn, but Rick was undeterred and found creative ways to get the job done. He also did a fantastic job answering all my questions and involving me in decisions. His workmanship is top-notch, and he left his work areas immaculate. He's also one of the most honest contractors I've worked with, showing every individual item on his invoice down to a $2 wall plate. I'd recommend Rick to anyone!

Delayed review but wanted to post it out here. Rick and his crew are very professional and prompt on their responses which is really a huge deal for me. They worked on our camera system amazingly despite the odd attic form for the cables. Not to mention, their prices are reasonable and probably much cheaper than our local techs in my area.

A little late to the party but I wanted to take time to provide feedback on the service I received. I reached out on Rick’s day off and still received a response within in minutes. Discussed the service needed over a call, received a quote and Rick was already working on my request within an hour of reaching out. Very knowledgeable, exceptional service and more importantly reasonable pricing. I added a couple of more services after Rick walked in and he completed it to perfection.

It was my pleasure doing business with Rick Nickels. The man was everything I had hoped for and more. No knock on Best Buy's Geek Squad... but at times electronics consumers feel like they know more than the ones helping them. This is not the case with "Wired Technology Solutions". Rick is 1st of all always responsive... answered every one of my text messages with MEANINGFUL responses. 2nd, Rick has the right equipment, and the right CREW doing his work... and the man preps his work properly. For instance... Rick knew it was going to be hot the day he and his crew came to add some more network drops in my home... so he came over the night before and had us open the attic... placed some fans in the attic to pull out the hot air so he didn't have to make trips to the ER with his crew. SMART. Additionally.. Rick went far above and beyond what we asked from him, he often times sent us links to other equipment that he recommended we buy even though he wouldn't be installing it. Finally... Wired Technology Solutions is reasonably priced. I would have lost a kidney going with some other company but I always felt comfortable with the price they charged me. Thanks Rick and team for all your hard work!! My techno setup is the ENVY of ALL MANKIND in my opinion!!!

The best experience I have ever had. They were very honest, knowledgeable, affordable, and professional. The price they gave me for getting CAT 6 put in my house was the best I had gotten anywhere. They are veteran owned and operated and gave me a discount for being a veteran, which was much appreciated. The installation in the panel and the house was very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone.
