Rick was absolutely fantastic through this whole process. He had noticed our fiber was installed incorrectly by our Internet company and was able to get them to rewire it free of charge so he could come out and wire our Internet upstairs. I recently hired Rick and his crew to install multiple ethernet drops and other ancillary items throughout my home. Rick patiently helped me through all of my design questions and willingly went through multiple revisions to the design until I had everything I wanted (and nothing I didn't want). On installation day, Rick and Jason were clean, professional, and hard-working. After installation I had to follow up with Rick for some assistance with some of the wiring they had installed - he promptly and thoroughly answered my question. Overall I highly recommend Wired Technology Solutions.

One of the helpers stoled my speaker from a job site

This company did not disclose that they were charging for traveling a distance. They took advantage of our church by charging $1250 to run one phone line. They did reduce to $950 but was told after the first day that they would take care of the church and not overcharge after taking them 2 days to run one phone line. It took several attempts to run the phone line properly.
