House Cleaning reviews in Anna, Texas

the pool service here is amazing and really lives up to what they promise. it feels like a science to these folks because they're very particular about making sure the pool water is just right and looks beautiful too! don't waste your time with other pool cleaning companies that just scoop up some floating leaves and ignore how important the water chemistry and system are. go with this team and you won't regret it. we sure don't!

We just moved into a new house with a pool, and Blue Science Pools handled the pool inspection and took care of some needed repairs. After seeing how well everything was done, we decided to have them continue with weekly pool maintenance. The team has been fantastic! Eric and Chris always do a great job keeping the pool clean and running smoothly. We’re really happy with their service and attention to detail.

We had a fantastic experience working with this pool cleaning and maintenance team. They gave us a detailed estimate with several options to upgrade our community pool area. The crew resurfaced our pool deck with a cool, comfortable lace deck finish, replaced the old, chipped waterline tiles in both the pool and spa, updated all the depth markers, and finished everything off with a professional acid wash to make the pool and spa sparkle. During the process, they quickly fixed a broken pipe in our auto fill system at a fair price. Their online system made it super simple to review and sign the proposal, and paying online was a breeze. Our representative, Chris, was always professional, clear, and helpful throughout. We’re really happy with the results and the whole experience.

I recently had my pool resurfaced, and I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. From the first meeting through the completion of the job, the service was fantastic. The crew was professional, always on time, and really knew what they were doing. The resurfacing quality is excellent—my pool looks completely refreshed and ready for the Texas sun. They took care of every detail and made sure to leave my backyard clean and tidy. The customer service was great, and they even shared useful tips on how to maintain my pool for the best results. I highly recommend Eric and the team for anyone looking for reliable and skilled pool service.

After we built our home in Anna, we decided to have a pool installed about a year later. The pool service team made the whole process so much better than our experience with the home builder. They always listened to our ideas and concerns, and even gave us helpful suggestions on how to add value to our backyard or save money where it made sense. From the first design meeting to the final walkthrough, they were friendly, responsive, and professional. Even when a couple of small things needed attention at the end, they took care of them quickly. Now, years later, they still answer our questions and help us out whenever we need it. Recently, we had two big problems back-to-back—a lightning strike that messed up our wireless pool controller, and then right after, a power outage that damaged some of our pool equipment. Mike was there to help us through both issues, and the repairs were done as fast as possible, even though lots of people in the area were dealing with similar problems. We definitely recommend this pool company to anyone in Anna looking to build a new pool or upgrade their pool area.

blue science pools met all our expectations for our new swimming pool! we were kept in the loop at every stage, and when chris said someone would be at our house in anna, they showed up right on time. their quick work meant my son could enjoy a swim before heading off to college, which was exactly what we wanted from the beginning. chris, mike, and austin really made sure everything went smoothly for our first pool installation. throughout the whole process, the team was always ready to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable. everyone who worked on our pool was respectful and kept our property clean. i would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for great pool service. after checking out other pool builders, we’re so glad we chose them!

Blue Science Pools provides excellent and affordable pool cleaning service in Anna. Blake is a real expert when it comes to pools—he took care of my pool heater and fixed the water level problem that I had been struggling with before. It’s such a relief to come home and see that my pool is always sparkling clean and well maintained. After each visit, the pool technician leaves a detailed note on my door so I always know exactly what was done. Now I don’t have to call or check cameras to keep track of my pool care. I’m really happy with the service and highly recommend them!

Trevor was awesome, came out to service my pump as I couldn’t get it to stop leaking. Super kind even though I was very frustrated on the phone.
