House Cleaning reviews in Anna, Texas

Our windows are now spotless and streak-free. Professional and worked efficiently throughout.
Highly recommend their service for a crystal-clear finish.

Absolutely thrilled with the Shiny Home Masters window cleaning service. They delivered complete package: fantastic window cleaning, outstanding customer service, and genuine professionalism, all at a reasonable price. I was impressed by their attention to detail, how responsive to my questions, and how smoothly the entire process went. Highly recommend!

From A-Z these guys were professional, I couldn't fulfill some of my work so I called Shiny Home Masters- Jackson answered professionally and quoted/scheduled me quick over the phone. The client was very happy with the work and tipped heavily, along with giving strong compliments about the job. I never didn't know what was happening, they communicate well. Very pleased in finding these stand up guys.

Jackson did a great job on cleaning our windows very thorough and professional. Will definitely call again and Highly recommended!
Keep up the great work

Jackson did an amazing job on our windows!! He was very easy to communicate with and made our windows look better than they’ve looked in years! I highly recommend his services!

Jackson was great!! Spent several hours here doing a thorough job beyond my expectations. Completely professional and I was completely satisfied. There were no hidden fees. Fair and upfront with his prices. I’m going to have him do this every 6 months. His prices are great!!

Jackson and his team were awesome. Not only did they do a sparkling great job, they made sure our windows were perfect! Our guy was obsessed with making sure there were no spots or smudges. What I thought was awesome is, it started raining and they suggested coming back to finish after the rain stopped. This meant another visit. That's extraordinary service. Bravo!

They were prompt, polite, and my carpets, which were heavily pet stained, came out cleaner than I expected! So far no odors have returned. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Kris the owner went above and beyond to get our carpets taken care of. He was very patient and helpful. He explained to us what he was doing and also suggested some cleaning products to keep our house clean. I'll definitely recommend Kris and Stain Busters to everyone!

I have to give the utmost props, high fives, 5 ⭐️, recommendation to Stain Busters Carpet Care inc. for the work they have done for us. They are based out of Anna and work the surrounding DFW areas.

When we sold our old home they cleaned the carpets in preparation for the sale.

When we moved into our new house they treated the carpeted areas with protectant to help prevent staining.

Just had them here at the house today to clean 2 kids bedrooms, the stairs and hallway leading to their rooms, and an area rug in the living room.

I will continue to go back to them for all my floor cleaning needs and highly recommend them.

Thank you, Andy, for your punctuality, your professionalism, and your attention to detail. I appreciate your thoroughness in cleaning our carpets. Thank you!

Andy Villatoro was my tech and he did an amazing job. He was on time and very friendly. He worked efficiently and the outcome was incredible!

WOW!! I can not say better things about this company. I had an emergent need for cleaning and they came within hours. The technician Andy was very professional, personable, and quick with his services. I am blown away by this company and would 5 star recommend to anyone needing any cleaning services. Thank you Andy for coming late at night to ease my mind and know my carpets are 100% clean.

Stain Busters Carpet Care came and removed a stain from my carpet that I didn’t think would come clean.
They also cleaned my hardwood floors and brought them back to life.
They were prompt, professional and courteous.
Who will I call next time for my carpet and wood floor cleanings? Stain Busters Carpet Care without hesitation.

We called stainbusters today looking for a carpet & couch cleaning. They got us in same day for half as much as the other companies I called & when I tell you my carpet & couch are SPOTLESS, they are!!! We have 4 young kids, 3 cats & 3 dogs so our carpets get destroyed & our couch is even worse. So I know it was a hard task. They even got set in big red & bubblegum out of the couch!! I am so super impressed & will be using them again. Our tech David was on time, polite & professional. 10/10 super happy!!

Andy Villatoro arrived a bit early and went straight to work cleaning/steaming our carpet in the den. He did good work, honest work, and we will certainly recommend him to anyone.About eight years ago I went in to get my nasal septum straightened, so as to breathe better through nose. I was completely butchered for 11 hours by an absolute, moron, named Robert brobst in Plano, Texas, a plastic surgeon wanna be. Because of this despicable little man who carved me up like a pig, I can no longer be around any type of dust, odors, perfume, chemicals, you name it he destroyed my life by removing my turbinates/filters in my nose. Now that we have that out of the way just please make a mental note of this guy and stay far far away from him. He has done so, so very much damage to me. as a result of this moron, we are going to have to get carpet/hardwood floors, vehicles, you name it because I cannot be around any type of chemical/dust anything so Andy is going to be our go to guy for the cleanup at every thing we own. I could immediately tell the difference in my congestion after he steams our carpet and floors, and my headache did subside a bit immediately afterwards. We will use this company and specifically ask for Andy to come out and perform the work for us. On time, friendly, thorough and just overall good experience with this company and Andy.
EXCELLENT WORK!!
Just stay away from Robert brobst in Plano!!!! he is a criminal, liar, and a complete loser. It is incredible the money, my wife and I have to spend just to keep things extraordinarily clean

Andy did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

Was able to get a carpet cleaning service scheduled within the next few days that I needed it done, communication was easy, the prices were surprisingly good and now I can enjoy walking on fresh, clean carpet.
I appreciated that it was very easy to receive affordable quotes right off the bat as well.
The biggest downside is now I’m going to want to be even more strict about people not walking with their dirty shoes on my carpet!

Andy took his time and did an excellent job. He put runners and booties to make sure there weren’t any footprints of my floors and got all of the stains out.
Great Value & Great Service! Highly Recommend!

Very happy with the service I received recently using Stain Busters for an area rug and couch cleaning. They were on time, and worked extra hard on a few stains on the couch - it came out looking like new! Would definitely recommend.

Needed a carpet cleaning move out service. Andy arrived on time, explained the job and went to work. The full house carpet cleaning came out great, so thanks again for a quick and efficient service!
