Reviews of local pros in Anna, Texas

We had a great experience with Stain Busters carpet care. Andy took care of our move-in carpets a few weeks ago. He did such a great job, we called him back for a move-out job on our rental. The carpets looked just like new and smelled so fresh/clean. Andy has been so polite, professional and does the job in a timely manner. Overall a terrific 5-star review! I will definitely call Stain Busters again and would recommend them to anyone with carpet cleaning needs :)

Andy did a great job. He arrived on time the carpeted areas for 2 rooms in a timely manner. He also let me know that he can also do cleaning of other flooring materials like hardwood. I would hire Andy and Stain Busters again.

Stain Busters did an amazing job on our heavily pet stained carpet. They were able to get about 98% of the set in stains up. Our tech Andy Villatoro did such a great job! Would highly recommend using these guys!

Update: Kris came back out and applied a brightener and it looks much better now, thanks!

Used this company based on great reviews. We were told stains were from pets and paid extra for removal. We couldn’t sleep from the strong chemical odor and had to open windows in 100 degree heat. Next day stains were back. No offer of refund.

Stainbusters responded over the weekend to an inquiry when all others waited until a week day. They were able to get me in super quick. Andy was who came to clean our couches that hadn't been cleaned since we got the couch. He did an amazing job, was extremely friendly, and I'm writing this as I lay on my clean couch! We'll definitely be requesting Andy again

Wow. They were quick and efficient! Got thw job done as expected. No surprises - also very nice people!

I love this company. They’ve come out 4 times now to clean a mattress and new area rug due to our puppy having accidents. Each time leaving everything refreshed, clean, and smelling so good! Andy has been the main guy to come out and always has a smiling face and positive attitude. He also explains things really well and answers questions thoroughly. Very happy!

Very out standing job, very professional high Quality of Professional people outstanding, I seriously recommend them doing business with your self. Hundred percent satisfaction 💯 .

Andy came out and did an amazing job on my couch! Very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great work!
Super communication, very professional, did a great job cleaning.
Had the right equipment for the job.
On time and worked hard to get things done quickly. Gave some great advice to make the most out of the cleaning and speed the drying process.

Highly recommend this company.

We use Stain Busters for all of our properties, and they never disappoint! Their carpet cleaning and tile steam cleaning services are top-notch. The results are always amazing—our properties look and feel brand new every time. What really sets them apart is their reliability and willingness to accommodate last-minute requests. They consistently go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Have used this company a few times. The prices are definitely unbeatable, Andy has been here 2 of those times and does a great job, highly recommend him

Andy at Stain Busters did an amazing job. I wasn’t able to be on site and he kept me updated and was extremely helpful and professional. 100000/10!

I used Stain Busters for the very first time last month. I live upstairs at an apartment complex and needed a bedroom and my couch cleaned. Andy did the cleaning and did such an outstanding job! I even forgot to tell him about a couple of stains that were on the floor (I don’t even remember what caused the stains) and after Andy finished cleaning it, the carpet looked brand new! To say I was so very pleased and impressed is such an understatement! Andy was so very kind, pleasant and professional. I never once got the impression he was trying to rush through his work, in fact, quite the opposite. He was so thorough and I will absolutely be calling Stain Busters again the next time I need something cleaned.

Andy from Stainbusters cleaned our carpets and staircase. He was very good. He took his time and cleaned thoroughly. More renowned companies like Stanley Steamer usually do it in a hurry, but Andy did it slowly and with a lot of care. I was very pleased with his service and his demeanor. Highly recommend.

My carpets haven't looked this good since the day I moved in!
Andy Villatoro was friendly, respectful of my belongings and took care to explain everything to me! I have already recommended them to a friend of mine moving to Anna! I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

Andy came and cleaned my sectional for a very affordable price. He arrived on time, did an amazing job and was kind and professional. I will defiantly be reaching out to this company in the future for anything else I need cleaned!

Just had Andy V. out here in Sherman to clean my carpets and he handled business. Carpets are looking and smelling good and the pet oxy has the smell “outta here”. Very pleased with his professionalism and attentiveness

Andy did a great job cleaning my carpet at a great price. I highly recommend them.

I has 3 rooms and a hallway cleaned. We are a house with 3 children so stains happen.
Andy did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He was on time and extremely professional.

This is our second time having Stain busters come out. I will always recommend their services.

Contacted Kris from Facebook and had him come out to clean my carpets. I must say he did a fantastic job from the moment I texted him. He was super responsive and fair with his prices. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. 5 star review everyday!!!
