Shelby was amazing and helped me with some issues I was having. I loved that he was so honest and didn’t try selling me on something I didn’t need. I will definitely use Adon Complete for future maintenance. Thanks Kelsie for helping me get it set up.

Due to MANY prior bad experiences with promised service/insurance I have rule never to sign up for one again. But somehow I guess I did with Adon and I am glad I did.
I feared it would be 1/4 year filter change and then out the door but it was SO MUCH more.
Matt changed the filters of course but he also went up in the attic to address Ohm resistance, water drain and much more. He then went outside and check both units removing a dead gecko that leered what a capacitor was the hard way.
In departure he was kind enough to play with my dog who had been having a fit trying to meet him restrained by me with a leash.
So..... now I am out of trouble with my wife, my dog and A/C and heat units.

Adon technician was professional, on time, answered all my questions and provided excellent service. The support staff was very helpful in providing all information requested. Highly recommend Adon!

I called Adon to remove and reinstall a plenum box at a commercial property I was working at and was impressed by their prompt response and excellent service. Jacob P. is incredibly knowledgeable and great at explaining the work and next steps. I’ll definitely be calling them again.

We havent moved forward with service just yet because we are looking at a big project and cost is an important consideration, but the support that we’ve had from team members that have come out to consult us on the project has been wonderful. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Even if we ultimately go with someone else for this particular project, I will use Adon in the future.

Adon Complete is fantastic! A year back we had to replace one of our AC units and were unhappy with the price and service of the company working our maintenance at the time. Adon sent a tech, gave us options in our price range, discussed ideas to improve air flow and unit efficiency, and we ultimately chose them to do the job. We were so impressed with our experience and the results we switched our maintenance contract for both units to them. We have not been disappointed!

Shelby was the recent technician to do our regular preventative maintenance and as has been the case, they keep upping the bar for what it means to provide excellent customer care and service. He was patient with my questions, suggested ideas at my request for fine tuning some things with our systems, and provided quotes only for what I asked for during the in-person visit.

Kelsie in the office is just as amazing. She is patient with working with my schedule in finding appointment times and I love that I can communicate and get things scheduled via text.

All said, we’ve been very impressed with Adon. Prior experience taught us we wanted a local company and our only regret is we didn’t start working with them sooner.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Very shady business practices! Trying to charge $270 for a capacitor replacement UNDER WARRANTY when the part is a $20 part if it was not under warranty. These are some slimy business people trying to rip off innocent customers, PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You were already out for an annual service. I already PAID you for an ANNUAL service.. then you want another $270 to replace a $20 part that is UNDER warranty and takes 5-10 minutes to swap out? Shady business... Terrible response... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Adon HVAC is marvelous. I have been with them for years and they are beyond 5 stars. They are A+++++… From the staff on the phones to the people who show up to do the maintenance they are absolutely the Best. Kelsie went above and beyond with her help, kindness and beautiful personality to help me and my family. I can’t thank her enough. Brayden does a magnificent job everytime he comes. He is professional, knowledgeable and up front about everything. He explains everything and is always kind and polite. These people have become beyond a service company to a part of the family. I highly highly recommend and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Thanks to allat Adon for all you always do!!!
