Called them Saturday morning and they were able to get out to see us and give us a quote , same day. if it was an easy fix I'm sure they would have taken care of us that day.

Update: they fixed our AC unit this evening...it's snowballs in our house!

I HIGHLY recommend blue collar HVAC and services. They came out and replaced my HVAC condenser, did an excellent job, and had a fair price! Not only that, but the owner was going out of town, when he heard that my family and I had no AC, with the hot weather coming up soon he got to our house and did the install even though he was supposed to be leaving. Very considerate and courteous, and did an excellent job.

My AC went out at 8:00 pm while we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. We got home at 10:00 pm and it was already 85 degrees inside. We also had family here from out of town. I called several companies and nobody would answer. My wife posted on Facebook and we were led to Payton Randell. Left a message and he called within 2 minutes. Told me the price and I agreed. He was at my door in 10 minutes. Was 11:30 by now. Very upfront, transparent and had the AC working within 15 minutes. Such a wonderful experience. Side note, he had to go out of town at 6:00 am the next morning for a family reunion and still came late at night to help. A+++ in my book!

I recently had a major issue with one of my air conditioning units, and I called Blue Collar HVAC and Services. Payton and Jeremy, the technicians who came to fix it, worked in the middle of the heat up in the attic. They got everything up and running in a very short time. I was worried about being taken advantage of, but their price was very reasonable. They didn’t try to upsell me or make me buy a whole new unit like another company I called before them. That other company diagnosed the problem without even opening the cover of the A/C! Payton, on the other hand, went above and beyond to track down the exact problem and came up with a fast, reasonable solution. He even took the time to train me on some air conditioning and maintenance tips. Overall, I’m really impressed with their work and highly recommend them. I will be using them again! Thanks.

Ran some tests to make sure it would cool and all came back good! Peyton answered all of my questions without hesitation! I will not go anywhere else moving forward! Blue Collar installed a new air conditioner unit for me. I have to say I made the right choice going with them!!! Peyton, did a wonderful job!! He had a new unit installed within 2 days!!!
