We had Christmas Air come to our office to assist in finding a dead rodent in our ac vents. Jack came to the office and was very professional, friendly and efficient in trying to find the cause of the odor. The fee for the service was extremely reasonable.

Jack was awesome. Jack was kind, clean and very respectful. He was able to diagnose and explain in detail, the issue. He went over and above by notating the make, model, and serial number of our units so I can register the units with manufacturer, I had no idea we should’ve done this from the beginning. He did a great job for us. This type of service goes a long way with customers in need. I truly appreciate the quick service call response.

Jack was my technician today and he was amazing. He took his time assessing the heating system and went over every detail with explanations and photos. He was kind and answered all my questions. I am going to have his company do the work with the stipulation that he will be on site. Definitely recommend him and his company Christmas Air.

Jack from Christmas A/C+ is knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He shares his 'recommends' and is not pushy. He did a maintenance check on our heat system in prep. for winter. He also cleaned out our gas dryer vent. A terrific technician 👏👏

Garrick was so great! So pleasant and such a great communicator throughout the entire visit. We had multiple issues today! He fixed the valves in our laundry room sink and now we have sufficient pressure for our hot and cold water. He also fixed a leak in our daughter's bathtub/shower and he ran multiple tests and pulled up our master bath toilet to find a tree root had busted our plumbing pipe. We will definitely be calling Garrick/Christmas back to fix the toilet/tree root issue in the near future! Thank you Garrick, we appreciate you!

David Saunders came out and did the free plumbing inspection I have with my ac membership. He explained what he found in simple explanation. No high pressure sales just told me what maintenance needed to be done when I could get to it. Thanks Brittany for letting me know I had this free plumbing inspection!

Highly recommend Christmas Air for Commercial HVAC Maintenance. Was notified when Jack and Dillon were on the way and they arrived in the time that we were told. They got right to work and changed out our filters and made sure all of our heating units were working as they should and are ready for the cooler temperatures. They checked our ductwork for any leaks and left our restaurant like they found it. Thank you Jack and Dillon for the great work

Kaileb was great! Efficient, easy to talk to and had great safety recommendations. He ran through everything at the end thoroughly and made sure I understood/allowed time for questions.

Santiago was very friendly, helpful and courteous. He went right work and tested the system after he finished the install. I would love to have him come back for summer tuneup.

Jack from Christmas Air came out to our house to address a problem with certain rooms getting much hotter than the others. He did a quick survey of the rooms and adjusted the ventilation. We are grateful for the fast and courteous service.

I finally had a reason to use Christmas Air, Plumbing & Electrical’s plumbing team today!

Garrick and David came out to my house to take care of a clogged kitchen sink. They showed up on time, were respectful of my home and my time. They talked me through there process and the work they were going to be doing. They gave me a price before anything took place, and the repair recommended took care of everything.

At wrap up they gave me some great tips to prevent it in the future.
I appreciate the knowledge and experience they brought to my home.

We had a great experience with David and his partner ! Our hot water heater went out, they came out over the weekend to reroute it through the working water heater, so we avoided cold showers. They were here early Monday morning, worked quickly, thoroughly, and cleanly.
