We used TreeNewal earlier this summer to assess our trees and then trim and thatch them. They did a wonderful job with that. Then recently we had a problem with a tree that was leaning precariously, and TreeNewal came out and quickly scheduled an "urgent" removal, as the tree was going to fall over. It fell before they could get back out, and as soon as I let them know, they sent their truck out to cut it up, clear the debris and remove all signs of the tree from our yard (and our neighbor's), within an hour. We are so pleased with everyone we have dealt with at this company, from Corey (the arborist) to the men who do the trimming and removal, to the owner of the company himself. Everyone has been respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

Always professional and helpful. They got our trees looking great. Had neglected having them trimmed annually, so TreeNewal got them into shape quickly, and were really affordable. Highly recommend

I appreciated the time James took to explain how they were approaching trimming the trees and bushes that I requested, with concern about what could be done in this time of year and the age of the trees. Prices were reasonable.

My main concern was having a crew that didn't have the same skills as those doing the estimates as I've had crews butcher plants, regardless of what was discussed. This crew was professional, they communicated what they were doing and had me confirm as they were doing the work.

I really appreciated that they cleaned up everything as they brought their own mulcher to handle the debris. They also reiterated that they didn't want to do too much given the time of year and would consider doing more to trim them back, especially in height, after the winter, dormant months.

I will definitely continue to hire them each year to manage the trees and my large bushes that we have grown as small trees.
