I feel I'm being generous with a 2 rating. upon recieving the phone call stating he was on the way,I felt unsesy because he stated we had something to discuss. Upon arrival he stated he had no record of the $100.00 Deductible being paid, I informed him that it had and he should check. I went to my office to locate a paid statement when I could hear him say he found It. I was informed that there was more bad news, That there would cost me over $400.00 to finish the job. I can't remember the exact amount because I was shocked. I then was told for a fee that he would return when his Sears job was done for the day and do it $175.00. I was told by sears that they would return today if possible or tomarrow, By him marking the Job complete sears would not be able to resend someone back today or tomarrow and that I would start over again with next weeks appointment. I felt I was being scammed this morming when he called and said he was on the way. Something in the system is not right .

WORST SERVICE EVER WITH SEARS AND CHOICE! Sears didn’t show for July 14 service call! No show/no call! Rescheduled for July 16, and did not show again!! No call/no show!! No human to talk to! No communication from choice or sears!! Both were paid though!!! Fraud!!! I couldn’t submit without giving at least 1 star! They don’t deserve any ⭐️!!!
