I had a problem with my fridge tripping at night in my newly built home. Alex came out right away and solved the problem quick for me. He knows his stuff and he is a very kind man. Would definitely call him again.

Alex came to my house this morning and was so wonderful! He was very professional and fixed a problem I didn’t think there was a fix for. I will for sure be calling them again! He cleaned up his mess and did the project to perfection!

Unbeknownst to me my HVAC was not connected (no power) as its been winter, recently got hot and I needed to cool the place off to no avail. I reached out to HVAC company and they promptly came out to fix and found it was and has never been connected and thus getting no power. He advised I should call the electrician to come resolve the issue and sent me a picture of the unit showing it had no connection. I called the electrician spoke with the receptionist and told her the story, she proceeded to tell me that they had called in January and I told them I didn't know what they were talking about so they didn't come out. First of all, if you know you haven't connected the unit just say that so I know what you're referring too and come out to complete your work. Secondly, its not my job to know the ins and outs of your work (I will check everything now) nor is there any point in mentioning that when I explained my situation to you. That was unprofessional and showed poor bedside manners, she was essentially putting the blame on me by saying they called and I didn't know what they were talking about. I told her that irrelevant at this point and lets just get someone out here, she says okay and just puts me on hold, never checks back in for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and she immediately places me back on hold to finally comeback and confirm they have an appointment today but I will have to wait at home all day until they can get here as there is no timeframe or potential window. Poor work, poor communication lost them the stars, they made up for it buy getting same day fix out.

Called them to get a quote to install a Tesla Charger. I bought a new home where Crest is original contractor, so I called them to get a price to install charger, they told me that estimator will get back to me with the price. After 3 weeks, I called them to check the update and a lady told me that it will be $2100 to install the charger because of all the wiring they have to install. My charger will be installed right beside the panel and there will be 5’ of wiring and conduit. I guess I will take my business somewhere else.

Ryan and Sean came to my new house to get some last minute lighting fixed and not only did they do a bang up job they also may have been the most pleasant workers I've had to deal with. They were great and I cannot recommend them enough.

We had under cabinet lighting installed through builder with this company when building our home. It is near impossible to purchase replacement lights through this company. Also had wiring issues after moving in. Will never use them again. Highly recommend using a different lighting and electric company.

This rating is for the company… POOR techs in this 100 degree heat wearing black long sleeve dress shirts!! One of them was drenching in sweat as if they had no A/C in the truck. Followed them out to give them water and noticed they didn’t have A/C after all?! Cmon guys! Isn’t that a safety hazard mixing wet sweat with Electricity?

Ryan came out today to look at the issue we had. He was able to pinpoint and fix this problem easily and efficiently. Ryan was friendly, courteous and showed expertise. He was excellent to work with.

I contacted Alex because our attic did not have power even when there was power in the rest of the house which meant no heat during subfreezing temps and the winter storm. He was able to get a technician out to our house in less than 5 hours and the problem was solved! Now when the electricity comes back on there is power in the attic and we have heat! So grateful for their quick response!

It was great to meet Alex! He not only the most knowledgeable electrician I have ever met, but he also has a vision of what the project will ultimately look like. I'm not an electrician at all and I'm glad Alex gave me some much needed advice/ideas on my project. I will continue to work with him and his team in the future. Highly recommend

Christopher was super profesional! He came into my home and was able to identify what was wrong immediately! He explained to me all the process and how to avoid this issue again! And he did everything in a timely manner! If you are going to call this company I recommend asking for Christopher! He’s awesome!

Awful, came did nothing, gave no good explanation of the flickering issue then said it's the lights, when the same lights are installed in multiple rooms in the house and two in the same rooms flicker together.

Don't waste your time find a better company.

I live in a new build and Crest electric is the one that did the wiring I've been trying for months to get them out to fix the wiring issues but they keep saying it is not on them these people do not stand by their work and they are the worst company to do business with.

Crest is outstanding, and they really stand behind their work!
Had problems in my new home, they came out and stayed on top of it until they got it figured out and fixed.

Got my history maker house wired through crest. They overload circuits onto single breakers and when you call them out to look at it, the guy walked around the house taking pictures of anything he could find to prove why it's my fault the breakers in all 4 of my bathrooms trip when i plug in a hair dryer. Crest blamed it all on history maker for drawing up a plan they admit was bad and having way to much on one breaker, yet they followed it and then said there is nothing they could do and that its my fault now. I'm upset at the service I have recieved from both history maker and Crest around this issue. BEWARE when getting a house from either of these parties. IES wired ny last home and did a much better job. And if anything messed up they would actually fix the problem. I was told a hair dryer is to powerful to plug in to my bathroom in a half million dollar home. This is an embarrassment to the electrical industry.

Bought a new house dryer wasn’t working the appliance company found it to be a wiring issue. Alex came out and fixed it right away on Christmas Eve. He was very knowledgeable and professional went out of his way to make sure everything was working correctly before he left.

I had a decent experience . They came and replaced a socket, then somehow more sockets quit working . I called them they came back out the next day and fixed them. They are all working now and I am happy with the service . I will say it feels a bit rushed but that's the way the job is.

Alex did a great job moving our light fixture and taking the time to make sure it was perfect for us! They were professional and courteous and went above and beyond what was expected. We will definitely be using them for all future electrical projects.

Great all around experience with Crest Electrical. Did the wiring for our newly purchased house. Scheduling an appointment was easy, technician was early and explained the steps he would take to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to figure out the source of the problem, informed me of what needed to be done before proceeding and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Went through and checked everything afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed and everything else worked properly as it did before. I recommend Crest to everyone

Alex was my electrician during a service visit and he did a fantastic job! Had them add a plug to a room and add a switch plate and Alex did it with minimal cuts to my walls which is great! Also had him look into some fans for me and he did some extra work for me and got them working for me! Super friendly and professional!

Alex, was thorough and explained everything, I was so impressed. I have requested more work in our new home to be done as we get settled in.
