Alex and his partner came in to repair an outside outlet that wasn't working in our New home. He found the issue with no trouble, explained how he was going to fix it and got right to it. Very pleasant to deal with and polite. We will have him.back again to do.other work :) Ask for Alex when you need a good job done!!

Alex was very professional and thorough. He showed up right on time and was great at explaining everything the entire time he was there. The job was done to perfection!

I’ll definitely request him every-time I use Crest Electrical Solutions.

Crest wired our new build, they put 18 circuits on one breaker. When I used a vacuum, it tripped the breaker. I called for a warranty claim and was told that it is not warranty even after their technician came out and told me that it was more circuits than should be on a breaker. When I called to get the issue resolved the representative on the phone gave me nothing, but rudeness and attitude. I would NEVER recommend doing business with them in the least. At this point I'd rather hire someone else to handle it than even let them back in my house.

Crest did the original electrical work when our house was built. At our 11 month inspection, there were only two very minor things that needed attention. Their original work was done very well. They came back out at the one year mark and corrected the two minor things for me quickly and efficiently. All of my interactions with Crest have been positive. They are prompt and thorough. I will keep using them in the future. Thanks Crest!

Fast response time! I have had the same tech since I have a new build. Some of it has been for smart home items and some has been for repairs. Aaron has been super efficient and very knowledgeable. I am very impressed by his work. He gets things done quickly but thoroughly. I would definitely recommend!

Their services are a ripoff. They quoted us for $400 and wanted to charge up to $1,200 for 2 blue internet cables to be installed. Still charged us over $800.
I don’t recommend them if you don’t want surprises. I will also communicate this to D.R Horton my home builder and with my HOA and neighbors. It is a shame for the company that this happens.

I only use them due to new build warranty. I originally called them out because my lights in bathroom would not work out of the blue. It alarmed me because I thought maybe it was something with the wiring. He did come out and said the wiring was not done correctly and he fixed it and the lights looked like they had corrosion and needed to be changed out and he would be back first thing the next morning. He was a no call, no show. The lights have worked since so it had to be the wiring.
I called back and spoke with whoever answered the phone a few weeks later and she said they would not come out because DR Horton had not paid them yet. She also stated I had a one year warranty and rather then my two year that I was told by Josh at DR Horton. So I am stuck with lights that have corrosion unless I change them myself.

We had a breaker go out in our 6 month old house while we were out of town.
Our Builders warranty department set us up with Crest electric to fix the problem.
Walter and Anthony were right on time and extremely professional and personable. Walter was able to pinpoint the issue very quickly and Anthony explained what was happening and possible causes for the issue while Walter fixed the problem.
I highly recommend Crest Electric. I will request Walter and Anthony as my electricians should the need arise in the future.

2 experiences with crest have both been phenomenal. We have had minor warranty work done and both times the techs sent out have been timely, efficient, and friendly.

We had Michael and Josue come out to look our circuit. These were two of the kindest individuals you may ever meet! They were intelligent, efficient, friendly, and powerful communicators. Dear Crest, do WHATEVER it takes to keep these two in your company. If we ever have any issues again, we only want these two to come to our home. Give them a raise or a bonus because they're worth it!

One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had!

We have had several warranty claims with their work performed during the construction of our new home. The electricians have been very professional but it's the company's leadership or policies that have been at the heart of the issue(s) we've had.

Not only have their practices directly impacted our daily lives but they've negatively impacted other contractors that were relying on their timeliness to complete coordinated work.

For example, today, our home was to undergo some work with drywall and electrical. Crest's coordinator called to inform me that the light switch was on back-order - this was on the day the work was to begin. This was after 2 other false-starts and who knows how much money was wasted because Crest failed to coordinate, communicate, and plan.

When I asked the scheduler to please call the builder's warranty rep, she doubled-down and said things like, "So, you're gonna call them and let them know we need to reschedule, right?" After repeatedly asserting myself that she needed to call them, I gave in (and I'm ashamed I did).

Our neighborhood has multiple homes with electrical issues - all installed by Crest. I wonder what reputation they'll have with the homeowners here? It won't be good, and word gets around - especially today.

Crest personnel, if you're reading this, you've lost a customer - except that I will hold your feet to the fire on any and all warranty claims.

Very prompt and reliable service. I submitted the warranty request and within a few days it was serviced accurately. Ryan is very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my questions patiently and politely responded to all of them. Overall it was great customer experience.

Alex and two installers showed on time and did an awesome job installing 240 volt 60 amp service for our hot tub. Everything met and exceeded my expectations and the attention to detail was top notch. Alex did the majority of the work and I can truly say Alex is a man of his word and will go above and beyond to ensure it was right and at the price quoted. I’m very pleased with with the whole experience and would highly recommend Alex and Crest Electric to everyone in know.

I initially got quoted for 1 hr to install 2 ceiling fans. They sent 2 electricians thought 1 was going to work on one fan while the other one was working on the other but that wasn’t the case. Got charged for 2 hrs work almost $600 to assemble and mount the fan.

Andrew and Sergio double checked loose grounds in my breaker box, analyzed seal and weep holes outside to mitigate static flaring, helped me fix flickering lights and were courteous and professional. Sometimes it takes the right people. I had crest come out two times before and none of their crews were able to solve my problems. Not until Andrew and Sergio came out were they fixed. Good people.

I had them come over to fix my faulty/false fire alarm. Honestly this was never annoying but I wanted to get it fixed as it is a part of my warranty anyways. During their visit they said they replaced the panels and said it won't happen again. Looks like they created more annoying issue by messing it up. They constantly chirp, i had them come over twice to fix it, same story again. Both times, they said the batteries look okay. When I call them they say what they want to say but to not what you ask. They expect you to troubleshoot by yourself reaching out to a 14-feet ceiling with all the necessary equipment. Already lost sleep from 3 nights and still the issue isn't fixed. Other reviews seem to be fake or something but look elsewhere for your home needs. The best part is the emergency contact they provide won't pick your call, they just respond over texts when they wish to.

Crest did some electrical work on my house and I'll definitely be using them again. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

I've had them dispatch 3 times to check a faulty outlet.
All three times they take one look at the room and tell me its a bad breaker. They replace the breaker and tell me to call back if it happens again.

I give them evidence that its a specific outlet that is causing the problem, they start treating me like I'm stupid(one of the contractors said so right in front of me, yes i speak Spanish by the way), and they tell me its not the outlet I'm "overloading the circuit". So i ask them to prove it, and they refuse to show me I'm overloading it. I know you have the equipment to do so, the first dispatch confirmed that wasn't the issue.

This company employs lazy contractors who try to hide behind a language barrier as a way to insult their customers to their face.
For the record, the computer the last dispatch told me was the problem only pulls 500 watts under load. Its not the computer, and 500 watts is not too much for a 15 amp breaker. The first dispatch ran a test while i tried to force an overload and the highest i got was 8.4 amps. Do your job right the first time and you wont need to keep coming back.

We called them out to have our exterior carriage lights separated from the porch light and put on their own switch. They estimated $371 over the phone. I scheduled the appointment for noon-5. My husband took the day off for this plus another morning appointment. The electrician called at 9 am saying he was on his way. I said our appt wasn't until later and no one would be home. They squeezed us in at 10:30 and my husband had to rush home. Ok, stuff happens. But then when the (TWO) electricians were done, the office called saying it was going to cost $675 because it took them 1.5 hours instead of 1 hour. I asked if they could work with me, they didn't tell me over the phone that it could cost more if it went over. I would NOT have scheduled if I knew it was going to cost $675 for this. They said they can't do anything but eventually agreed to drop $100. They still charged my card the full $675. For 2 men to add 1 switch. I would NOT recommend them.

Alex came in and repaired a wire that I accidentally drilled into mounting a television. Crest was able to get him out on short notice. After arriving on time, he did a great job finding the repair to minimize damage to the wall. He got the wire replaced quickly for a reasonable price and even went the extra mile to install the TV mount to ensure no additional mishaps. Great, friendly service with an expert level of knowledge and care taken to assess the best approach!

Jeff, performed a great job. Very professional and dedicated to his work. He fixed our electrical issues in a heart beat and at the end he made sure everything was clean and spotless! From the office, I received a call right after they left to asked if everything went well. This is a great company! Thank you!!
