If I could give a negative number, I would.

They where the electricians that part of the construction of my home. The incompetence that has been revealed should be illegal. My lights go off an on by themselves and progressively getting worse. I called an informed them of the issue they want me to pay even more money for incompetence. There incompetence can lead to homes burning down etc.... I’m also angry at the builder because it’s highly probable they chose the least expensive (an incompetent) electricians around. Do Not Deal with this company!

If I could give a negative star I would. Yes I know that you have a certain amount of time with a home warranty which isn’t a problem. But when your home is built in 2013, you shouldn't have the problems that I have experienced. They have been out to our house numerous times. The recent event is what has made me post this review about this company. If anyone can tell me why an electrical outlet will burn like this and the circuit not trip, please do tell. Oh, and even though this is to me a serious emergency, they couldn't get anyone here until Monday, so definitely not dealing with this company again.

So far my experience hasn't been great it started off very promising but that was before the installation and since then the customer service has gone down hill at a rapid rate phone calls not returned messages left unanswered and I'm still not sure it the system is actually working I only have your word for it.
