Run away far and fast! I feel like we were sold snake oil. The sales rep, Hunter, was great at first and made so many promises to help us get through the process and set up. He was great until we started having problems, then disappeared. Communication was awful. They sent a crew from 3 hours away to do a one day job that ended up taking over a week. In the middle of the job a hail storm hit and we asked that the project be paused so we could have the roof reinspected for damage. When I came home they had continued to work and even had to send another local crew to finish the job for them. We did have hail damage and had to have all the panels taken off and put back on costing us thousands extra. The system hasn’t produced what was promised and we are paying for panels AND an 200-300 electricity bill. Energy Renovation has basically told us it’s not their problem. I feel so scammed.

Cody made the process of getting a new roof so easy. He was knowledgable, honest, and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure that every question was answered thoroughly and gave us full assurance every step of the way, even when insurance was being difficult. The day of our new roof going on was hassle-free, and they went the extra mile to make sure there was absolutely nothing left behind, not even a nail. We are so thankful to have had Cody working with us and would recommend him and his team to anyone!

I moved into this home in 2018. And found that it was very hot out here and also very cold. I use my air conditioning throughout the summer because it gets up to about 106. And during the winter the ice so I have to use my heater which requires electricity. The electricity company out here is not a very gracious company. So they were charging me a small fortune. I had energy renovation to come out and install solar panels for Me. And it has cut my electricity down quite a bit. The installers who came out where professional, and very good about explaining how to use the Wi-Fi part of the system. Solar panels are working very well even to this day.I would recommend this company to anyone who Needs solar.

Mike and Justin were absolutely outstanding. Two guys that show the epitome of the electrical profession. They were extremely patient with all my dumb questions and it was an art to watch them work installing the battery. Mike made sure all my questions were answered and set up the Franklin app for me. He provided a demo on all the functions including taking me off the grid to show the battery working and putting me back on the grid and watching the waiting period for the solar to kick in again. If you are looking for a battery, Franklin is the one to buy and Mike and Justin with Entergy Renovation are the ones to install. Energy Renovation Center linked their Representative, Bobby to Check my roof after the fifth hail storm. Bobby was on time, he checked my roof and gutters For hail damage. He didn’t find a need to replace my roof though my gutters had seen better days.

I really appreciated the information, and I didn’t feel pressured in the least. I can assure all concerned that when it’s time to replace my roof/gutters, I will not forget Energy Renovation.

Joey over at Energy Renovation Center sold and installed my new roof and solar 8 years ago. The crew was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had a ton of questions and they didn’t mind educating me

Great experience pre and post sale. System was installed quickly 2 years ago and still works as promised. Joey personally helped with my install making sure everything was how I wanted it. We asked to have it installed hundreds of feet away from the house and fenced off and it was done! Battery backup lets us use our stored energy for evening use and peace of mind during Texas weather. The mobile app works great and is easy to use. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with our new Franklin system. Energy Renovation Center has gone above and beyond to help us with our existing equipment issues while adding backup batteries to our home. Mike and Justin are very knowledgeable and have fixed issues with my old Solar inverter after completing a very detailed walk through of my new Franklin system.
