We first used D's in 2013 for a complete replaster of our pool surface. Big, expensive job, no matter who did it. We had a friend in the business who we were sure we were going to give the job to, but Dallas came over, explained how and what he would do, and actually recommended resetting FEWER of the paving stones than our friend did. We gave him the job and have used him ever since, for jobs large and small. Dallas is honest, fair, and explains what needs to be done so you understand and doesn't try to talk over your head. I have never felt he did a poor job, or cut corners, or sold us something we didn't need. Pool services can be extremely flakey, but Dallas is solid and reliable and does excellent work.

Dallas showed up to fix an issue with my skimmer line. The first thing he did was suggest starting with the cheapest option to see if that fixed it. Thankfully it did. Many companies would not have done that. He also gave me tips and tricks on how to avoid problems in the future. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. I've dealt with terrible pool companies in the past and there is nothing more frustrating. Having a company like D's pool service is a relief and weight off my shoulders knowing there is someone who I can now rely on for any problems or repairs I might need. I can't recommend them enough!

I want to say that I am Extremely Satisfied with D's Pool Service! I am brand new to pool ownership and wasn't quite sure what to do next. They were able to get all my Problems Fixed, Explained Everything to Me, and then walked me through everything about my filter ( which is what I was having problems with). Dallas, I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much we appreciate you and your staff. I've lived in the same area my entire life. I knew my way around, knew which companies to call, which to stay away from and knew people to ask if I didn’t. We have a list of issues we need to fix in the new home and it has been a challenge finding the right people. So far you have really been one person/company we have worked with that has made things easy for us. While I guess you could say we know nothing about pools and really have no idea if you are doing things right, we think the pool always looks great, others have said it looks great, we can always count on Tommy to show up and we really do appreciate the time you have taken to answer our questions and help us keep from making mistakes with the pool.
Please pass this on to Tommy as well. I know businesses often just hear about complaints and we've been dealing with that elsewhere but definitely wanted to send out a Thank You and some good feedback too.

We recently got hit by lightning. I won't drag you through all the carnage but it also took out the pool equipment. Pumps, panels, controls, etc. I had used Dallas once prior to this to replace a booster pump and was satisfied with the service.

I gave him a call and he came out and swiftly diagnosed the problems, made some recommendations, and gave me other options as well. I made my choices, got the repairs accomplished and everything is better than before.

I say better than before because I had been struggling with algae far beyond anything that I had ever experienced. Had to clean the filters way too frequently. I knew that they also maintain/clean pools as a service and asked Dallas to offer any pro tips. I told him the pools history and he smiled and said, "first we drain the pool. You have way to high TDS. Your filters are working overtime. Second, you need to buy this product and your algae problems are in the past." Once we discussed it I knew he was right about the TDS environment. Dallas drained the pool and I put the magic orb in the skimmer and I can tell you that the pool is crystal clear without a trace of algae anywhere. It's been raining for nearly a week now and while I did shock the pool as a precaution there hasn't been a single sign of algae. Amazing!

First experience: Installed a salt system and couldn't ask for a better result or performance from a vendor of any type. Excellent experience. Prompt, professional, informative .. all you'd like to see.
Most Recent: Installed a handrail to help get out of the pool (made necessary by auto accident). Don't believe the 'ease of installation' you'll see on the internet. This one is going to last forever. Have to commend Dallas Dodson for the folks that work with him; extremely professional and capable.

Words can't say enough about D's Pool Service. Dallas and has his team have been phenomenal! As first time pool owners, inheriting a pool and spa with a few issues, Dallas has been patient with us and has walked us through every step, explaining things in layman's terms and giving us fair and honest options for how to go about the repairs, how long each option would last us and the overall outcome for the money spent. Then, after the technician from our home warranty company did more damage than good, Dallas and his team stepped back in and diagnosed the new issue and fixed it for us. He has been nothing but helpful, honest, polite and prompt. He and his team are highly knowledgable and skilled and have never pushed us to do anything or pay for anything that we weren't comfortable with. Highly recommend this locally owned Pool Service company.

This is the best pool service ever! We have had our pool for eight years and have never had a cloudy or green pool!! Any repairs are quickly completed. I highly recommend Dallas and this pool service.

I've been in my house with pool for 20 years and after three failed service providers, finally found D's Pool Service! Dallas and his crew are the best and provide quality, honest, and dependable work. Tommy has been coming on the same day at the same time, day in and day out, for my weekly service for the last few years. Dallas has handled broken pumps, pool sweeps, etc., and each time provided an accurate estimate prior to work. This past summer I had him completely resurface and re-tile my pool in addition to replacing the light, wiring, and switch. He helped me pick surface material and tiles with suggestions for an updated look. Everything went according to plan and schedule and my old pool has never looked better! Dallas always answers my calls, emails, and texts quickly, e.g., he was out within a couple hours after I called about dirt and tree blooms on the bottom of the pool after a storm the night before. Talk about service!

I met the owner of D's Pool Service about 2 weeks ago. It is important to meet the people who come to your home and work on your property. I enjoyed Dallas and his crew, and then asked them about pool deck repair. He personally handled the entire project, and even helped me with the color selection. My pool went from a nightmare to a masterpiece! NOTE: Now it is 4-17-17 and Juan just installed a new filter on Saturday before Easter. Man, he is great! Thank you Juan1 And, Tom is the most professional pool tech that you will ever meet. He had our pool crystal clear so the 18 family members we had for Easter yesterday could enjoy the pool. Fifty cannonballs later - Thank you Juan and Tom you exceed our expectations!

D's Pool Service is the best! Dallas did an evaluation and "Pool School" when I first moved into a house with a pool, and another evaluation when we moved again 3 years ago. We just recently had him do a complete pebbled resurface and replacement of all our equipment after the last freeze. Everything came out perfect and he was a pleasure to work with! He went over all of our options with us, carefully explained the entire process and was extremely responsive whenever any questions came up. He did not try to upsell us any options we did not need. His crew was extremely professional and hard working. We will definitely use him in the future for any of our other pool needs.

Dallas Dodson's D's Pool Service has provided excellent service to care for my old fiberglass pool. His personnel are also very courteous and personable.

D’s Pool Service is worth at least 5 stars, more are merited. Have never had another pool service company that can match the high level of D’s Pool Service. Used them for 15+ years. Once tried to save money by using someone else & regretted my decision.
