The best service in DFW

Terrible service. I would never recommend using this business.

Very rude and unprofessional, called for a quote, she had an attitude and general unwillingness to answer the most basic of questions. So needless to we didn't do any buisness shortly after I called Metro sparkle and shine cleaning, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service and the carpets look like new. Amazing! I highly recommend Cosmopolitan. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Ben and the other gentleman that was with him, can’t remember his name!

If you have high end carpeting or rugs I highly recommend Cosmopolitan Carpet. We have been using them for about 10 years now to clean our carpets and our antique rugs. They are so courteous and dependable, and you can rest assured that you will get high quality cleaning without putting your valuable rugs at risk. They are not cheap, but reasonable given the care they take with your rugs, and their pickup and delivery service is wonderful. We will never use another service so long as Cosmopolitan is around!

It’s the first time we use this company and I can’t say anything but good things. From the time I called to inquire about the services, to the time Jon finished the carpet cleaning, everything was perfect. Jon did a great job with our carpet, old stains were removed, and left it practically like new! We are very pleased with the results and will be using them again! Definitely recommend this company! 5 stars!

10/10 recommend to anyone looking for high quality carpet cleaning. Ben came to my home on-time to give me a quote on what I was needing and then Jon came to do the carpet cleaning. The quote did not change after the carpet cleaning when it was time to pay. Communication was great throughout the entire process beginning to end, on-time service and got done quick! Way better looking carpet than I expected due to the stains from having 7 people living in our home after 5 years of no professional carpet cleaning.
