I recently had my carpets and an upholstered couch cleaned by Cosmopolitan Carpet & Rug Cleaning and they look great. The technician, Ben, was kind and courteous and very professional. I appreciated his service.

I’ve been using Cosmopolitan Carpets for 27 years and they’ve always done a great job. Recently, I challenged them with a job at another house where we thought we were going to have to replace the carpet but decided to try cleaning it first. They were up to the challenge and successfully removed the stains we thought were impossible to remove. I am in awe. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you once again!

The price was was good. Rug feels, and smells better. My only complaint would be how my rug was wrapped when I picked it up. It was loosely rolled, held in place with two thin strips of plastic wrap or tape towards each end of the rolled up rug. I would have liked to have seen it nicely rolled up, wrapped completely or in a plastic bag. It would have shown better care approach towards my property and insuring my rug is still clean.

This is a great company! Friendly from first call to job done! John was our couch cleaner! He did such a great job - it was a white couch- three dogs- and now it’s white again! Reasonably priced and able to squeeze us in! I HIGHLY recommend Cosmopolitan Carpet and Rug cleaner to freshen up and make your home furnishings look like new!

After calling to file a hit and run a forensic detective showed up officer M. Norris #106 located one of their trucks with corresponding damage and wrote a report for me this office seemed very skilled and was 100% sure their truck was the one that ran into my truck they deny that it was their truck despite having plenty of pictures showing the matching damage on both vehicles
they have been evasive about providing their insurance info but original refused to provide insurance on site And continue to deny that they are responsible

I wish I had something good to say and normally don't comment or complain.
But we do use Google to make some of our decisions on people we use, places we go and things we do.
I contracted Beezz to do a final clean on a big church project in McKinney TX.
J D met with me on cleaning the parking lot and also cleaning the church portion of the project prior to the church dedication Sunday.
The power wash crew was a no show and the parking lot did not get cleaned.
The inside crew left a bigger mess than when they started. Totally unacceptable.
We ended up putting a crew of volunteers together and worked into the morning cleaning and buffing floors to be ready for the event.
Beezz apologized for dropping the ball but unfortunately the damage was done.
Very embarrassed the next day with the parking lot dirty and unfortunately we are remembered by the last thing we do or don't do.
Maybe this will help them fix there problems but can't recommend them now.

I LOVED the staff. From organizing the job with the office to how flexible they were with scheduling it was a great experience. Needing workings for late (way late night) cleaning was doable, and they were on time and efficient. I was quite relieved to have them there.
