Reid has done an excellent job since I have been with ABC. He listens to my concerns and is very thorough with treatments both inside and out.

Cody, our tech, is very thorough and easy to coordinate with on times. Easy and effective is a perfect compliment for this company compared to others I’ve used in the past!

Great techs and customer service!

As usual, Reed was punctual, polite and professional. He checked my home for six-legged invaders; and before he left, he assured me that (if the rain ever stops falling) he will come back and take care of the outside of my home.

We have been with ABC for 14 years. If I had a problem they were always willing to help resolve it. All the service people have been knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I am Very please and satisfied with this company.

With so many great pest control options in DFW I would avoid ABC. After waiting a week they cancelled on me one hour into the two hour window they were supposed to show up. Said I had to wait until the next day to reschedule and they would call, but never called.

Ended up finding another company who came out same day.

Ryan has always been very helpful and taken care of all our needs even we had to call him out outside of our quarterly visits. He works with my schedule to make sure we are taken care of. He is very appreciated!

Well we have a problem with Ants invading my home . So we searched for the best possible pest control, and we found ABC . They told us they would come between certain times , No one showed up. I called and they said "a technician will be at your home in another 30 min. " problem is I also have a schedule that they didn't want to accommodate after they didn't keep to the times they gave me. Im a 1st time customer very disappointing experience.

Guillermo came to my house and did a super job as always. Somehow I ended up with some ants in my bathroom. Never happened before and don't want any more! But Guillermo came and worked his magic in short order and left. No mess, no fuss. And no more ants! Thanks so much for doing the great job you always do!

We love ABC Pest Control! When we first started using them, we had a flea infestation. After one visit, they were all gone. We have had the same technician coming to our house for the past three years. Wheel of Michael's Simmons and how he interacts with our family. One of the perks about having a b c is the same technician comes every time to inspect your house, so you know who is coming inside your home to take care of you.

ABC is always here when I expect them. Dillon is very thorough and tells me what he’s treating for prevention or eradication. I’ve been a satisfied customer for seven years. I never consider using any other company.

We have used ABC home services for over a decade. We use every service they offer- pest control, lawn care, and now plumbing and handyman services. We briefly tried other services, and were sorry. We came back to ABC and will never leave. Many of our neighbors now use ABC! The warmth, professionalism, skill and effectiveness of this team cannot be beat!

5 stars to Sean and the team!! He came out on time to my rental property for potential termite damage. The area that I suspected to have termites actually ended up being water damage from a faulty AC repair that was done by another contractor a week earlier. A dishonest person could have taken advantage of that situation, but ABC and Sean didn't. I will be using them for all of my pest services from here on out. Well done!!

I live in a small North Texas town looking for a company to help me with my pest control issues. I remember seeing the commercials on TV about how ABC cares, blah, blah, blah.

Well it’s TRUE! They do really care, especially our tech Ryan. We’ve had several appointments with Ryan. He is very respectful, courteous and takes personal care of his clients. He asked what our concerns were and checked to make sure that we had no repeat visitors. He shared how important it is to prepare for spring during the fall and winter seasons and what can happen if issues don’t get treated.

I am so thrilled knowing not only that I have ABC taking care of our home but for your tech, Ryan. Thank you Ryan for taking such care of us!!!

This is an update, my first review was one star because they had sent a guy out to caulk my windows and he did a horrible job. I contacted the company and they asked if they could make it right. I was a hesitant but I had them come back out with the manager and I made my expectations very clear. The manager was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and spent time teaching his team how to do things the right way. They then went above and beyond and fixed mortar around the windows so they could caulk it right. They even matched paint to clean up the lines. I was very impressed by this company and I will be using them again in the future.
I think when we hire people we need to be very specific with our expectations so that people know how to do the job right.

I have been using ABC for over 20 years and have always appreciated their dedication to not only keeping pests out of my home, but doing it with materials that are safe for my family and pets. The technicians are professional and courteous, and I also love that I'm supporting a local, family-owned Texas company. Definitely recommend!

They want to put your items under warranty of a unit they installed and not fix the root of the issue. We had them replace our A/C unit twice because of a leak they could not find when it was under warranty. They have refused to fix the original leak in our unit, but want to continue to send their people out to see what the issue is. We have had this same problem for the last 2 Junes in our house. Now they wanted to charge full price for an issue that was recognized when it was under warranty.

We had Cody out to service our HVAC system. He was so helpful, not only being thorough in our system care, but taking the time to educate us (the new home owners) on how a heat pump works, sounds it may make at different times, and even changed out our very dirty air filter. He also provided great tips on future services we may consider as well as setting us up with other ABC specialists to offer bids. Wish every person working on our home was as thorough and conscientious as Cody.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was a paying customer for over a decade for termites control, paying well over $100 every 3 months for treatment inside and outside around my house. Recently, discovered frass along the window and sides of one of my bedrooms and have called them to help. ABC not only failed to manage any pest control, but they denied ALL accountabilities and claims their work isn’t 100% guaranteed.. the damages and repairs costed thousandsssssss. They don’t refund, they don’t help. They just take your money, and failed to come at a scheduled time often time not showing up at the time scheduled and notifying the technician was sick only after the missed appointment. Do yourself a favor and find another company to accommodate your needs. This company exists just to take from you and leave you hanging. TERRIBLE experiences and lack of any help from these guys.. There’s plenty of helpful companies around. SKIP THIS ONE. Your money will be taken and any damages or repairs will be on you and only you. They will leave you hanging.

ABC was the only company that actually did a thorough check of the issue before hand and offered a reasonably priced solution with followup included. Appreciated their quick response and attention to detail.

Elizabeth from ABC Pest control went above and beyond treating our home for the ant problem we had. She explained all that she would be doing and respected our home in all she did. We have her number if needed, and she said to call her for any reason. Thank you Elizabeth!
